      Had purchased a car on November 15 and two days later the check engine light came on and I couldnt pass the emissions test two weeks after that the car cut off on my wife on her way to work and they never fixed the issue after they had the car for three weeks

      with all respect to BBB, I have to say we as a pars auto sales inc  in ************** ** don't have the customer with this name. we never sale a car with no Emission which customer goes to get emission by itself,

      this is the same as before which PARS CARS customer can not recognize between pars cars and pars auto sales!!!  it happened to us many times.

      Pars cars sold me a lemon i was Never told it was as is also the salesman that goes by the name of ******* is a scammer that badly needed his commission because not only did he not properly check if this car had any life threatening issue the car is so badly rusted that the pipe fixtures can break off at any moment also Ive taken my car to four different places to try and get an alignment done and no will and can fix my car my back to tires are getting pushed in towards each other and i have A 10 month old daughter that has to ride in that car and the manufacturer from ***** specifically told me that this car is a death trap and should have never even made it on their lot to be sold plus the car is only worth ***** dollars in total they have me paying ****** and some change for a lemon that can kill me i also called my finance company and her specific words to me were that this is not there problem

      I purchased a **** *** ** 3/29/23 and it broke down and wouldnt start again on 3/31/23. I asked them to swap the car out to something equal or lesser value and they got violent and was rude to myself and my fianc. I got the car towed and dropped off in front of the dealership and the key was left on the desk of the salesman (Ray). They was also violent with the tow truck driver and begin recording only after gas lighting the situation. I never asked for a refund I wanted to swap the car out because it left me and my family without a vehicle. My next step would be to seek counsel because this has become stressful and difficult situation. And I cant get it done on my own.

      yes he came to pars auto sales on 3/29/2023 and requested to purchase a *** with an in-house financing option, then he started to test drive the car for more than 45 mint (we have video from the time he came and the time at which he is back from the test drive the car), then ha start to sign the paperwork (include of 2 As Is form) and did not complain about the car, which if he said something wrong about the car, we has to fix the issue or he would change his mind about the purchasing the car.
      after 2 days he start complaining on the phone and we told him the mechanic is closed now, to bring the car Monday and show it to him, he towed the car and tried to drop it in the middle of the entrance of the carlot which we asked the driver to drop somewhere else because the mechanic shop still was closed.
      he has a 6-month warranty on the car from a third-party company and he has to take the car to any certified mechanic and make a claim with the warranty company, not us.
      we are not here to sell the car with no issue and get back with something wrong with the car which happened by the driver or something else, it is an 11-year-old car and needs to be maintained and watched by the driver to be out of the issue.

      if he want to come to our office to get his key back to take the car to certify mechanic and use his warranty ,he has to be polite and don't fight with the workers or sales persons which he did it at the bad way before,  otherwise we have to ask him to leave.

      I am rejecting this response because: These people are compulsive liars. He told me I didnt put enough miles on the car for the warranty to kick in, and I politely told him I didnt want the car anymore and I asked him to swap it out with something of equal or lesser value. The car broke down in 2 days. As stated on the tow receipt Transmission bad car inoperable. I have a family that depends on me to make things happen for them. I trusted these guys to sell me a reliable car and that didnt happen. Now I cant get to work nor my wife without spending extra money in Ubers and Lyft. They are some crooks they have their car back. If they arent trying to swap the car Im going to continue taking the necessary steps to seek out counsel for further action.

      first of all, thank you for your vocabulary which calls us liars and crooks!
      we are not here to sell bad cars to customers, we are a certified dealer, and all cars get diagnosed and passed emission tests before selling to anyone beside of that we ask customers to test drive the car or bring their mechanic to check the car because we have to sell As Is by the Georgia law,
      he test drove the car and he agreed to buy the car, if the car had issued the time of test drive for sure he would not buy that car, we never told him about the put more milage for using the warranty, his mechanic told him the warranty might not accept because of less millage been used, and his mechanic told us the car was running owerspeed, that is why the car got locked.
      now he has to deal with his warranty company which we already paid for that and we can not change that damaged car for another car, because he might damage the second car too, then whos responsible for his fault ?

      I am rejecting this response because: Once again they are definitely not telling the truth. I have attached documents from the mechanic at ****** vision automotive (independent) and I have a written statement from him as well. As you can see in the attachment the car had 12 fault codes on it. 2 of which are permanent. The mechanic stated that the car had pre existing issues thats why the engine locked up. I drove the car 145 miles. ***** their talking about over speeding, I cant believe the things their coming up with. I have a Commercial Drivers License and I take my livelihood seriously this is how I take care of my family. Ive never had a speeding ticket in my life. So I wouldnt start speeding now. They are trying to cover up for their deceptive practices. And the warranty company denied the claim because of pre existing conditions. I also have that paperwork waiting to be forwarded over to me.

      Purchase a 2007 suv for $7999.00 put $2000.00 down payment paid car note for 2 years and paid $2000.00 11/21 and now they say I owe $10.000.00 don't understand that math they wrong and I'm taking them to small claims court

      he bought the car on 8/14/19 for the amount of $7999.00 plus Tax and fee and finance charge and interest which make the total of $16259.82 everything shows on his contract and  we can send you too.

      he paid $2000.00 as a down payment and the balance was $14259.82 at the time of purchase, during this period time he paid $6185.24 as a payment and his balance suppose to be $8074.58 .But because of he was always late on his payment ( he has 55 times late payment ) he got charge $2075.25 extra interest over his payments, because he did not paid even one payment on-time !!!

      he mentioned that he paid his payment for 2 years but not even one time on the right time, we can send you his payment history to see how late is his payments , he suppose to paid off his car during 2 years but after 3 years he still owe us this much money .

      his car was in accident and he did not  filed for the insurance to fix the car .

      I came and bought a vehicle putting $5000 down. Two days after buying I expressed to the Pars that my vehicle wasnt charging(its an electric vehicle), the breaks were squeaking, and the tires looked dry rooted and I was bringing the car back and wanted a new vehicle. Pats agreed said yes and told me to bring the car back. I came back and was told they wouldnt take the car back and that I needed to sell it to someone else. The owner suggested Carmax but told me he wasnt taking the car back. So I reached out now after a year asking for my principal buy out price after putting $5000 down and paying $500 a month on a ****** car and still cant get a response from Pars and keep getting no response!

      we financed her car as a in-house financing about year ago (04/02/2021) and she is paying her payment .

      we can not exchange the car after one year , we have a finance contract and she has to pay off the car and then do whatever she want. but we have an early pay off plan that she can pay off her total balance earlier than end of the term and save a lots of interest.  she came last year after purchase and asked us about charging the car and our technician teached her how to use the charger .the only communications we had from last year till now is about being late on payment or asking about her balance .

      March 25 2021 I put down **** in a 2013 Audi A4 urge engine locked up on me a few hrs after getting it.. I had towed the next morning back to the business to let the know I asked for my money back or to get another car with the same value they ensured me that they would fix it in a couple of days and ever since they have been giving me the runaround about what they would do its been three weeks and they are not telling me anything and refusing to give my money back please help!

      she came to our dealership to purchase this car, then she took the car with her boyfriend for test drive and check with their mechanic ,after she came back and said car is ok , we sold the car AS IS and financed her .

      for peace of mind of our customer we always purchasing 6 month warranty from third party companies.

      she left the lot and next day said car is not running !! car was ok when you bought it and you check it out with your mechanic.  anyway we told her bring your car and let the mechanic check it out .

      After car got checked by the mechanic, he said car been over speed and burning the engine due to high speed because this car has small engine with Turbo system and when you push the gas more than should be ,the oil getting sucked by turbo and lock the engine. this damage is due to high speed  driving .that means driver fault and might be happen anytime with bad driving the car,, no one faults ...

      now ,we told her about the damaging the car and breaching the contract and actually we told her wait to figure out what we can do to help you and she put the complain instead of cooperate with us.

      I purchased a car from pars cars auto but the name on the building is pars cars which I just discovered . When I purchased the car 02/26/2022 everything looked ok but 7 days later I started to see a oil leak and the transmission wasnt working and I called pars they told me I had to go through my extended warranty which is a third party certified transmission . They sent my car to the Marietta location had it 5 days and stated it was fixed . They didnt properly fixed so after a week of me missing work , the car drove regular for 2 days then starts to leak worse . Certified transmissions had the car towed to Stockbridge location to be fixed mind you my tag expired April *************************** over 3 to 4 weeks . My warranty through penn auto and they only want to cover ****** towards the transmission and now I have to come up with ****** out of pocket because the total is 1****** . The man who sold me the car **** is very evil and nasty . They also told us they would trade us a charger of equal value for and additional ******* mind you I put ******* down on my *********************************************** a working car of equal value without another down payment . This has been a horrible experience I have a seven month old baby and Ive missed so many days or work me and my husband Im making this complaint to warn others of this company that is scamming everyone out of hard earned money

      Hi   with all respect for BBB and our customer ,we have to say: she came to our dealership about 2 months ago and test drove the car and purchase it  As Is by Georgia Law .,car had no issue and as she says ,she drove it for week or two with no problem. but she has to understand that she is buying a 8 years old car with ****** miles on it and she hast to expect that the problem is coming sooner or later ,that is why we purchased a 6 months warranty for her as a customer satisfaction to cover the upcoming issues .

      we tried to help her out and sent her car to different mechanic shop to find out the problem and we spent some money for her car (which we should not pay) and finally we sent her car to transmission shop and warranty company has to pay for it ,if they pay less she has to talk to them not coming to you or coming to our office and yelling at our employee in front of our customer and disturb our business .

      They sold me a car with a non working transmission the warranty only covers ****** of the transmission  that leaves me having to pay ****** I dont have to give . I just paid ******* less than 60 days and my car hasnt drove a full 60 days . Also I have acquired a ticket my Georgia state patrol stating the back of the challengers tailgate do not work properly , stating theyspray painted the back of car . Also while driving in the car with my 7 month daughter the car stopped on the express way and somebody almost hit me from behind . **** the sales wouldnt even trade me a car that was equal value that we picked at their car lot . They have been rude and very nasty while this leaves my husband unable to get to work to provide for our family . I dont have a way to work because I do not have ****** to give a mechanic for a transmission that was sold to me already damaged . This company knew before they put the car on the lot thats the transmission was bad . They do not care and are not trying to help me and still just called  asking for a payment on a car that I havent drove in over 30 days

      as we said before she came whit her husband and test drove the car then decide to purchase the car , if the car was disable as she saying why they bought the car? she said on previous complain which car was working for week or two then start the issue which it might happen to any used cars that need more maintain , we sold the car AS IS  but for the customer care we purchased the 6 month warranty for her for the future problems which might happen , now she hast complain with warranty company for paying less amount not keep saying we are nasty !!!  she has to talk to warranty company and asked them why they pay less. and paying payment is not about car situation.

      we did for her car more than our responsibility and willing to do more but she has to change her vocabulary .

      *********************** I paid ****** out of pocket to get the car out the shop 04/29 today the mechanic came to pick up the car again the transmission lasted a week and went out again I still havent been able to keep a steady job because this car is giving me problems I paid a total ******* down and I havent been able to drive the car consistently in over the last 60 days since the purchase I want trade in of equal value or they can have the car back and I want my ******* I put down . Im looking for an attorney as I need help I was sold a Lemon and the company doesnt care about their customers all they want is money . Certified transmissions didnt even fix the oil leak in the car its too many mechanical issues to count and I want my money back and will return the car simple

      first of all : he put his car to the transmission shop to get fix at the first time and the mechanic fixed his car and he got his car from the shop, if he paid out of his pocket there is nothing to do with us, he has to ask the warranty company why they paid less for this car (we had a customer which asked them and he got more money from them for the repair )

      second of all if his car not working well after repair he has to put the car back of the transmission shop to get fix again , the shop is responsible for it not us. and the mechanic said he has to bring the car back .

      if he put his energy for asking the warranty company ,he will get more success than putting review here all the time !

      this is our last answer from pars auto sales to this customer :

      1- if you paid $4500 down payment , you paid for your car and we gave you a car with $14000.00 car value , and you did not pay any payment from February till now and we wait for you and we gave you enough time.

      2-you did not spending $2000 for repair , you paid $900 for covering your warranty deductible or some extra transmission shop charge, and imagine if we never bought a warranty for you, then you should pay the whole amount of repair coast.

      3 as we said many times ,is between you and warranty company ,if they paid less or more, you should talk and discuss with them not us.

      4- our representative explained to you yesterday which we can not wait for your payment more than 60 days (and now you are behind for more then 60 days) . but we can give time till Monday 5,/23/2022 to start paying your payment with no late fee(that mean we agree with your time delay) otherwise ,we have no choice  to send your case to the collection agency and then you should do deal with them.

      I bought vehicle and it broke down in 2 days I put 150 miles on cars and I asked them either help fix car or replace or trade for something else they said your problem not mine engine was knocking I put 6 grand down and can't even drive vehicle and when I told him problem he says he knows a list of people that sell engine as if he knows this was going on I want my money refunded I have receipts showing that they knew this was going on prior to me buying it the car has 73k and change

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/07/01) */ Hi this car is 2015 Mercedes Benz C300 with 73k miles and he is the only customer which took the car to show to mechanic and he had the car for 2 days before purchasing the car !! others has to bring the car back the same day,,, after 2 days having car he purchased the car and had it for another 2 days and put more than 200 miles on it then called us and mentioned that car has some issue ,we told him you showed the car to the mechanic and he checked the car and you drove it for almost 4 days ,it should be you did something wrong when you drove the car ,how we can find out what you did with the car? we asked him to going with his warranty which we gave him from third party but he keep asking us to change the car !! we told him you test drove the car and show it to the mechanic and everything was ok then you purchase it ,now it is your responsibility to fix your car with warranty or without the warranty. he dispute $2500 which he paid for his down payment and we sent his case to our attorney to follow up and do the legal thing to get our money and other expenses which is coming after. he can not get the car from us and broke it down and bring it back and asking for his money ,then who is responsible for the coast of his fault ?? now we recommend him to get his car fix with or without his warranty and pay back the $2500 which he dispute it , meanwhile we helped him to put his regular payment on hold for more than 2 month and he is behind for his payment too.
