The owner of this company is a con artist and thief. She purposely takes money from hard working individuals/ couples, in search of acquiring a home to combat the issues she is currently experiencing with her properties then harasses them with unwarranted emails. She is never available to discuss any concerns with the property that she has leased. She then falsify records claiming that she is owed an enormous amount of money even when she has not viewed the property. She does deserve to have a real estate license and it needs to be revoked.

This tenant (******** ******* has breached her lease/option agreement haven't paid on time, refuses to move out after the lease has expired, failed to pay her balance of option fee/unauthorized pet that has caused damages. A civil action has been filed against this tenant and her spouse in Magistrate Court of Dekalb County and this is retiiation and I have all the proof. My attorney will be handling this matter.

I will file a defamation and slander lawsuit against ******** ****** if this complaint is not withdrawn within 5 business days because it is not meritous and will be handled in the court of law.

I have viewed the property several times with her spouse and communicated many times that pets were not allowed they never removed the pet and the pet has caused damage to the carpet and padding and the lease says "no pets" allow in writing and they agreed. The unauthorized pet fee is $500 per day for violating the policy.

Danielle Walton and her spouse never respond timely and this is further demonstrated by their lease expiring since 3/31/2021 and they are still in my property and I gave them 2 extra months until 5/31/2021 to find another place so that I could prepare the property for sale and they have ignored all my requests and remain in the property. I can't show the property due to the pet urine smell as soon as you hit the door and the bleach stains on the carpet. They need to move and let me sell my house and pay for the damages caused by the "unauthorized dog" of $8,000.00 to replace the carpet and padding or pay the $225,000.00 (which represents $500 per day) for having the unauthorized dog per the lease they signed.

Willene ***** is a liar. There has been no defamation to her character. I will await my day in court with my accurate documentation vs her forged documentation.

I don't have any more time to waste on this irresponsible tenant that failed to pay on time, failed to follow the lease/option agreement and she better prove forgery in court or I will sue her for defamation and slander and if she calls me one more time or text me I will put a bench warrant on her and tpo order. She has 4 more days to retract this complaint as I have written to her or my attorney will handle this defamation and slander law suit separately than the breach of contract law suit.

Let the judge decide who is right or wrong from the written signed documents by her and her husband and the receipts will show their lack of responsibility

She is trying to assassinate my good name and character and I will not allow it I will sue her if she doesn't cease and desist immediately and let the court deal with this situation of non performance and they are in my house way beyond the lease expiration date and failed to communicate effectively in the past

I will see her and her husband in court soon with my attorney
