I am giving 2 stars because I had plumbing issues which were taken care of. However the low rating is because the entire job was never completed. The owner has not returned my calls, messages, or e-mail. Overall, has not made any attempt to complete the job, yet has the full amount of money initially agreed upon. I was informed cabinets were ordered, I never saw any cabinets. This start date was at the end of November 2022, it is now the end of March 2023. The job/basement build out was supposed to be completed by the end of January 2023 and as mentioned, the work has stopped. I have asked several times for meetings with receipts and invoices of where the money was spent, who was paid what amount and never received a response regarding that. I was never told the exact amount of the plumbing issues and repairs. The only receipt I was given was from the septic tank cleaning. Nothing for electrical, other plumbing, materials, tile, framing, and as mentioned I was never given an amount for cabinets or even saw them come through my door. I was told some items were at the store with a deposit. I asked what items and what is owed, I never received a response concerning that. I also am paying for a storage unit, that if there was no room, the cabinets or materials could have went there. Anyway, bottom line I received many excuses and promises and in the end I have a partially finished basement, approximately half way complete, yet all of my funds have been given.
