    This company operates as Dispatch Health a home health provider in lieu of patients going to an urgent care clinic. These people can't be trusted. Nor can they provide half of the services they claim. The providers they send out were very nice. However if you think you'll need lab work, you're better off going to urgent care. You'll end up having to drive to one of the remote labs they use anyways. There are many, many complaints nearly identical to my detailed complaint below.It is now December 28th and I am still waiting for my test results from July 18th. I've emailed twice and spoken with two or three different ladies, in Georgia, who each called me a week apart asking when I was going to drop off my sample at the lab. Each time I told them he same thing; I drop off the sample the day after I had inexperienced providers visit me for a follow-up. I required this follow-up because I was still sick, misdiagnosed by their colleagues two weeks prior. When scheduling the follow-up I specifically asked if I would be charged the $40 copay. The young lady taking my call said no. If I was going to be charged I would have waited until I could see my doctor two days later. No charge.... Great! I allowed them to visit me. The inexperienced tech handed me a urine cup to collect a f**** sample. By the end of their lack luster visit the young green tech had failed to produce a f**** collection bucket.....so I jokingly asked which one would like to hold the drug test urine cup she provided in the right position for me. I couldn't possibly line this small cup up as required. Nor could I ensure the cup would hold the entire contents of my bowels. She said something like I didn't bring any stool buckets. The PA reminder her they were in the trunk. Then I had to ask which lab.... they said any lab works. This is where the real mix up happened. They were supposed to direct me to a lab in the neighboring city roughly a 1.5-2 hour round trip in moderate traffic. They said any so I choose the closest lab with the best rating, 30 minutes away. According to the third woman I spoke with they finally found and obtained the lab results. I was assured the results would be reviewed by a doctor, posted to their patient portal and sent to my GP. Nope. Ive not seen the results. Nor has my GP. My emails have all been ignored. No calls concerning the results and why I refuse to pay thus far have also gone unanswered.Yet despite their lies and failure to finish the job they follow through with billing, without failure, every month since my appointment. The **** is delivered by email, via text, phone calls, a **** mailed to my home, and now a **** is also being sent to the house I was seen at. If only they were this persistent with lab work. How United Healthcare teamed up with this operation is beyond me. A ****** search turned up many, many complaints mirroring my experience. Saying there is no co-pay for a follow-up visit, then billing the patient is FRAUD! PERIOD!!!!
