            I received a damaged item as a gift. Mudpie does not stand by their products. They said it had to be returned to the place of purchase. This gift was sent to me from another state. I am not going to pay shipping to return it to the gift giver. Mudpie should provide quality products and/or stand by their products and make them right. They are priced very high. Very poor customer service. We loved the 3 pillows that we received (all identical) and planned on purchasing more to give as gifts ourselves in the future. One of the 3 we received had a broken zipper. Mudpie will not replace the item. Given this poor customer service, we will not buy anything from them in the future. Shameful! I am going to post reviews on YELP and everywhere else I can submit a review. People need to be warned about this company.

            I have ordered multiple times from **** Pie but last order was $2700 & they hit my account with over $8000 in pending charges. I canceled my cc & started a fraud charge against them. I will never order from them again. Beware! *********************** owner of Amandas ******************
