I attended the Ladies of the 80s concert starring ****** *****, ****** ********, ***** *****, ******* and ******* ********. This was my first time at the venue in a decade as it was sold as newly renamed. The concert started off fine with both ****** ******** and ******* performing first. They were not necessarily in the order listed on the ticket so at this point during the concert it was difficult to know who was the "main act".As the concert moved into about 45 minutes, we were told to leave the premises and to go back to our cars for safety. At this point communication broke down completely. As a first time visitor, I was not clear on how to "check" where the show would start. I went to the website for Vy Amphitheater and saw nothing. So, I watched the crowd for nearly 30 minutes as it rained and continued to watch a storm that continued to produce lightening. The weather forecast had rain and lightening in that area predicted for the remainder of the night. When I walked up to the crowd, no one was completely clear that the gates would open. I was one of the people who decided for my safety that I would leave and would request a refund. All it would have taken was more communication verbally. A megaphone would have helped to say, we will definitely be opening up the gates. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The next day, I found out that my likeness was used in a video without my consent. Someone who had ******** stated that they could see me going through the gates. I do not have a ******** account. I really was not happy considering I had just reached out about the refund and got the flat answer: Sorry you left. Please understand that I want a refund and no further contact from the business/venue.
