      This company took a deposit from me on my roof June 24, 2021. Magnum Gutters and Roofing then did not come to install my roof until December 28, 2021 and their excuse was the skylight sizes for my home were "custom sized" and that COVID delayed the order of these skylights. I accepted this as out of their control to then receive 4 skylights that are not custom fitted whatsoever. To top this off, Magnum ********************************************* actually COMPLETELY shingled over the entry skylight as shown in the photos below. I had to contact Magnum via email to make them aware that my entry way shingles were not only clearly sagging, but were ON TOP OF A SKYLIGHT. I paid this company $14,494.20 without dispute for an entirely new roof AFTER I hired them on February 22, 2021 prior and charged $3,100.00 to patch what I was told THEN was an issue with the flashing around my main Chimney. They advised me after that patch did NOTHING to replace the roof which I did. I now have 2 leaks in my roof that have severally damaged my home and my responses from ************************* have been nothing but utterly unprofessional given the leniency I gave his company as he was referred to me by a close friend. I have been told by *********************** directly that this is a chimney issue and has nothing to do with them, leading me to have to get 2 separate written inspection reports by different companies that have BOTH disputed this and advised me to report this company to not only the licensing board, but to take legal action against them. I have asked time and time again for them to fix this, they have not in fact ****** requested I pay him an ADDITIONAL $2,400.00 to "fix and replace chimney caps. Well interesting because both of the written inspection reports I have now explicitly outline that this leaking (Which has intensified incredibly since coming into contact with this company) is do to poor flashing. I do not want them to "fix" this issue and I do not trust this company, I want them to pay for the repairs.

During the ******19 pandemic, many materials experienced significant delays, which affected our ability to proceed as scheduled. 

      2. **Skylight and Shingling Issues**: As per your request, we shingled over the entry skylight. If there was any misunderstanding, we regret that it happened. We aim to fulfill our clients' specifications and regret any confusion regarding this matter.

      3. **Work and Leak Issues**: We performed all the work that you hired us to do for the amount agreed upon. The videos you provided indicate that the leak is coming from the block on your fireplace, not from our roofing work. We strongly recommend addressing this issue with your fireplace to prevent further leaks. 

      4. **Commitment to Fix Issues**: We are committed to resolving any issues related to our work. As I have communicated to you via text and email, our worst nightmare is having an unhappy customer. We are willing to address any concerns with the roof, but the leaks you are experiencing are due to the block on your fireplace, as previously mentioned. If you have inspection reports or repairs stating otherwise, please send them to us for review.

      Magnum Gutters was never our subcontractor with us at Continental *************************** This company submitted a gutter and downspout estimate to our Company in 2021 but we awarded the job to a more reputable company. Magnum gutters went to a former client on 06/21/2023 to perform unsolicited warranty repairs on a client's house uninvited. This is fraudulent in nature by attempting to collect $150.00 on unapproved and unsolicited work. The Client got a ***** from ********** of Henry County Housing in *********, **. under affordable housing in the year 2021 and carries only one year warranty on labor and materials which automatically expires in year 2022 after which the general contractor and it's contractors have no reason to go back and perform any work because all warranties have expired in 2022

      A customer called on 6-6-2023 advising that we had done a gutter install for them and the gutter was sagging and needed to be re secured to the home. I looked up the name and address in our system and scheduled for the crew to go out and address the issues. Once we arrived the homeowner was unaware of this and said she didnt ask anyone to come out. At that time, I looked more into the system and found that we did a quote for this home but never installed because they needed the work done before our time frame could accommodate. There was an invoice sent for $150 for the services that were provided due to this not being our work nor our warranty. After speaking with ************** and doing more research we concluded that someone called pretending to be him. I can only assume this was a scam caller. The $150 invoice was canceled and we ended the phone call with all issues resolved. He advised he would be removing this complaint.
