    I hired this company to provide safe medical transportation to and from my autistic child's therapy appointments throughout the week. I pay up in advance in good faith that I would receive a credit as the owner agreed. The company was never able to provide any services to my child in a month's time. The owner agreed to refund all money paid, as she was unable to provide any transportation. It has been almost 3 months and she keeps providing excuses via text as why and when she will be able to transfer money back to my account.

    Here is my company policy that the customer signed.

     

    Customer paid for ********************** for her child and was placed on my schedule. The customer was told not to pay for the service if she was not going to use it.

    I did refund her once after explaining the policy to her but she again held a spot for her child to be transported to *******************. So at this point I do not owe the customer anything. I was willing to work with her but after receiving a rude message to my phone i had a change of mind.

    As noted customer DID NOT comply with the company policy for cancellation.

    Refunded full amount of $377.66(courtesy refund)

     

    I don't want to think that this customer was using my service to receive documentation that she was paying for a service that she had no intent on using. Customer wanted an invoice every time she made a payment. When she made that payment that was confirming that she wants the service and now placed on my schedule.

    I would have to call her and ask why are you still placing money in my account and that you will loose your money.
