One of the most depressing times of my life. A recent Doctorate graduate who was looking to have one of the most fulfilling years of my life turned into a nightmare with just this one incident. My car got totaled unexpectedly by a deer that hit me. I had that car for 5 years and paid off. Never in my 40yrs of life have I had as bad of an experience with a car that Ive had with this car. Car looked and ran immaculate when I drove it off. Fast forward, the head gasket blows for no reason. Havent had the car for a month. To make things worse, the warranty they gave me doesnt cover blown head gaskets due to a blown head gasket going bad from the car overheating. Car never overheated with me, so obviously the car overheated before I brought it. Now Im stuck with no car, and Im a very social person. Dueto me just completing my degree, I dont qualify nor can I afford another car note. Cant do a voluntary repossession because I dont want to mess my credit up because I have plans of purchasing a business and a house. Life altering situation for me and others that have fell victim to this place. No remorse from the owner nor the staff. I completely regret this purchase

    Dear *****,
We sincerely apologize for the distress and hardship you've experienced after purchasing a vehicle from North Georgia Auto Brokers. We understand how devastating it must be to encounter such serious issues with the car so soon after buying it, especially after recently achieving such a major accomplishment as earning your Doctorate. We know how important it is to have reliable transportation, and we deeply regret that this situation has brought added stress during what should have been a fulfilling time in your life.
Regarding the head gasket issue, we understand your frustration with the warranty not covering the repairs, especially since you did not experience any overheating while owning the vehicle. We regret that this problem has left you without a car and has created such a difficult situation. We also acknowledge the impact this has on your future plans, and we're truly sorry that our service has not met your expectations. Your feedback is valuable, and we will review our processes to ensure issues like this are addressed more thoroughly in the future.

Vehicle was purchased in July 2023. There has been issues with the vehicle since I've driven it off the lot. Now the catalytic converter needs to be repaired and of course it's not covered under warranty and I'm left with an almost $8,000 bill after not even putting ****** miles on the car. And being that the ***** Blue Book Value is less than the cost to fix. This company is completely unethical and has no moral or standards when it comes to their products and customer service.I tried my best to get this resolved through the dealer, but was basically told by the other salesman that it had nothing to do with him. I plan to find legal advisement, because I'm sure my interaction with this company falls under Georgia's Vehicle Lemon Laws.

    Dear *****,
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the issues you've faced since purchasing your vehicle in July 2023. We understand how frustrating it must be to encounter such a significant problem, like the catalytic converter, after putting less than ****** miles on the car.
Regarding the repair, we want to clarify that any warranty issues are not related to us, as they are managed by the third-party warranty provider. However, we understand the burden this unexpected cost has placed on you, and we regret that you were left with an $8,000 repair bill.
We also recognize your dissatisfaction with the customer service and the challenges you've faced in trying to resolve this issue. While we stand by the vehicles we sell, we always strive to ensure our customers have the best possible experience and will take your feedback seriously.
Your feedback is valuable, and we will review our processes to ensure issues like this are addressed more thoroughly in the future.

I am rejecting this response because:

Apologizing for selling me a car that you knew needed repair doesn't solve the issue. I had to initally leave the car for three days for "maintenace" and mulpltile times again after that.

    Sincerely,

I purchased a 2016 Chrysler Town and country minivan. The van had a number of issues that the dealership agreed to correct before pickup. The buttons in the ceiling that operated the doors do not work and was not repaired as agreed to. The rear side door in the passenger section hung when you tired to open it, he said it was fixed and it was not. The air conditioner didn't work, but they charged it the day I picked it up, but I suspect there is a slow leak in the system. We agreed on a price and that all of the things would be corrected before I picked the vehicle. The thing that made me agree to all of this is he offered a four month warranty that he was going to email me which made me feel better, but he has not emailed it to me yet. I have called up there at least half a dozen times and he keeps telling me that he emailed it but i never received. When I call now my call gets bumped so no one ever answers. The engine check light recently came on in the vehicle. What I want is the four month warranty I was promised when I purchased the vehicle so that I can get these things corrected before the warranty runs out.

The warranty was sent to the customer email more than 4 times, all the things we promised him it was fixed if it wasn't he wouldn't pick up the car

ac works fine and we gave him over $2500 off the price and we worked with him and tried to make sure he's happy with the car and when the customer called about the warranty we said it was sent and he used bad langue over the phone

warranty was sent and everything we promised him it was done.

    thank you
