    I bought a replacement TV main board from *************** **** based in ********** **, on 11/20/2021, costing $39, including shipping (order number *****). The part was received on 11/26, but proved to be entirely defective. The original gave an unsteady image; the replacement gave no image, only vertical coloured lines. GTV was notified of this by email on 12/7, with follow-up on 12/8, 12/9 and 12/13, each time with no response. Email on 2/6/2022 finally elicited a response, suggesting returning the item for a refund, which is what had previously been requested. A return was authorised (RMA# ****), and the item was shipped with *** on 2/9. Tracking indicates delivery on 2/12.No response has been received and no refund has been issued to my credit card. My further email to one address proved undeliverable, but delivery was confirmed to two other addresses on 3/8, 3/15 and 3/22, together with telephone messages left on 3/15 and 3/22. None of this has prompted any response.I have full documentation to support all of the above except the phone calls.It appears that this company is content to sell non-functional items, then effectively to refuse, through inaction, to issue a refund, and then to run out the clock on my ability to ask my credit card company to intervene (as I have done - claim denied due to tardiness). If this company were bona fide, it would not be able to ignore so many requests for a refund.
