BBB is a not-for-profit organization that works with both BBB Accredited and non-accredited businesses to help build a stronger foundation for customer relationships and marketplace trust.
  
  We received a submission in BBB's Scam Tracker regarding the marketplace practices of Premium Goldens.
  
  The consumer alleged they found Premium Goldens and wanted to buy a puppy. The consumer states that Premium Goldens would only correspond via email as their phone number was no longer active. Further allegations from the consumer were that Premium Goldens assured them that the puppy was up to date on shots and had been neutered. The consumer states that Premium Goldens stated they would ship the puppy for $200, however the consumer stated they received an email requesting that an additional $1,760 be paid to insure the puppy was safely delivered.
  
  BBB asked Premium Goldens to respond to the consumer's allegations.
  
  Premium Goldens did not respond to BBB.
  
  BBB asked Premium Goldens to provide answers to the following questions:
  
  1. BBB was unable to locate the required competency license for your company name in Georgia. Please provide your license information.
  
  2. The address provided on your website is the same as other companies in BBB files. Please explain.
  
  3. Images on your website were found on several other different company websites. Please explain.
  
  Premium Goldens did not respond to BBB.
  
  So that BBB may provide the most accurate and transparent information on Premium Goldens to consumer inquiries, we sent our Standard Business Questionnaire for their completion and return.
  
  Also request were copies of any written agreements, contracts, literature, brochures and marketing materials used by Premium Goldens.
