    I had a service scheduled between 3 and 7 today. I got a missed call from them at 5:06, I called back at 5:18 and they told me the serviceman wanted to get off early so he left the area to go to his next stop. They had me stay at home from their 3-7 time frame but they couldnt leave a voicemail or try calling again? They couldnt wait 15 minutes or even come to the house? They didnt even pick up the phone until I called 5 times and when they did pick up, it was 5:30. I took off of work for this and when I called they said that this is their business practice. If we dont pick up the first time, they cancel the appointment but expect customers to cancel their whole day to deal with this unprofessional company. They hung up on me when I said theyre being unprofessional. I have never dealt with such rude customer service before. Im not surprised to see a 1/5 on their rating. How theyre still in business surprises me. Why brandsmart uses them is also a mystery. This is the 2nd time I had to call them out because the first guy they sent had no idea what he was doing. He said that it looks fine but if the problem happens again, call them back. The problem happened again a few days after and its taken weeks for them to even schedule the second service.

    I am filing a formal complaint, the Service Repair department came out over a week ago to look at my Samsung washer I purchased last year. The Service Repair guy advised a part had to be orderd. I made the original appointment with Best Buy updated the contact number and then called the repair service and updated the contact number. The first service repair gentleman called the correct phone number. I called on this past Friday and verified the part was in and toy surprise they scheduled the appointment for Sunday. I verified again the correct phone number to call my cell as the old phone number is no longer working. I woke up early Sunday @7:30 am, called the Service Department @11am on yesterday to learn they were closed. So not only was my day off on Sunday disturbed, I called this morning to learn way I was waiting on my appointment yesterday they were calling the incorrect number. Also, this morning the so called Manger was not apologetic but can only advise that the only number on file was the old home phone number. So I gave him the number on my cell that called me the first time, all he could say was we can work you in today between 3-7 pm ; yet taking up another day . I have been without a washing machine since June 20; and to not even have an apology from the manager since it was his staff that was supposed to update the phone number is very poor customer service. I have been in customer service 27 years and it's poor customer service not to acknowledge if there's an issue on the company's customer service. The so called manager was rude and all he could say was that was yesterday and we can work you in, which doesn't sound like he's had any leadership training or customer service classes. It might be a real good idea fir some formal training to take place, considering if the customer had a warranty they paid out their own money.

    Customer is irate customer just have a problem we're not responsible for no parts that's when I got a replacement and still unhappy customers just trying to create a problem that's not even there the warranty company replace her unit irate customer technician was very professional manager was there professional unable to make customer happy even though she got her a new washer just a unhappy camper

    As a customer you deserve to be told the honest truth, and yes the Warranty company solved the issue. My complaint lies with the unprofessionalism and non caring Manger I spoke with; also the technician that came out without the part that I was told was in and completely not true since the part was on backorder.

    Honesty, professionalism, and empathy should definitely be reiterated with this company. Read the reviews, the customers all have the same comments about the Customer Service or lack thereof.

    Any how my issue was addressed for my washing machine, thanks to Warren T***.

    Customer keep trying to go back and forth we are adults that's how you know she's irate customer we would definitely keep you in prayer our company don't have anything to do with the part situation again customer got a replace washer still complain have a nice year
