      This business turned a covid test visit from 10/2020 over to collections without filing my insurance or giving us any notification of payment due. Our insurance covered Covid testing visits at 100%. They filed multiple other visits and were paid 100% of payment due by the insurance company. We were not given the opportunity to get this taken care of because we were never sent a billing statement or received a call. I had 2 collections show up on my credit report a couple months ago and I have been trying to get this resolved between Nationwide Recovery and Wellstreet Billing since then. Nationwide pushes me back to Wellstreet billing and they keep telling me they will look into it and call me back. I last spoke with ******* at ************ and still got the same answer. We are looking into it. In the meantime, I still have 2 collection accounts that are on my credit report that should not be. I have also sent a message through MyChart with no response from Wellstreet.

      Thank you for reaching out. This account was closed with NRS collection agency on 10/24/2022. I confirmed with them today that this was closed. It takes ***** days for the credit bureau to remove.
