    Sent me the wrong part... Lied to me and said they would be sending me a $350 check for the refund... Some guy from 1800 Radiator shows up at my office but with no check? Asked the guy where my check was and he told me it was actually a credit on my account. I don't advise ordering anything from this place because all they do is lie.

    Unfortunately, this was just miscommunication on our side.  The customer returned a part and the request for a refund check did not get to the correct person.  We have since refunded his money plus $10 for his time and effort.  He has cashed the check, so the matter should be handled.  We have been in business over 20 years and have thousands of satisfied customers.

    I am rejecting this response because: Yes, you are correct you guys did FINALLY send a check for the refund after I sent a certified letter 9/17/2025 explaining that you folks have TEN days to refund me the money or I would file a lawsuit against 1800-Radiator. The certified letter cost me $6.08 to send to you folks. It is very SAD that I had to go to these lengths to get you folks to do the right thing. I'm happy these responses are posted in a public forum to warn other potential customers about what a nightmare it is to do business with you folks, and even when proven wrong you folks have zero accountability whatsoever.
