            During a series of visits, the Champion Yard Services crews damaged plants in a flower bed. Initially, they refuted their fault in causing the damage, but in three separate instances their crew is captured on security camera footage damaging plants in a flower bed (first time using a leaf blower to completely snap off a flower, second time using leaf blower and damaged portions of a separate plant, third time kneeling down and physically snapping off the regrowth of the plant they initially snapped off). After the first damage incident, I asked them to consider replacing the plant that was damaged and was denied as stated above. After the second damage incident I asked them to reconsider. It was said to have been placed in front of the organization's founder Jimmy for consideration. No additional response was received and we advised of a 30 day notice to cancel our contract. After the 3rd damage incident, we have further asked to waive the 30 day notice period.
