    On 6/15 at 10:00 a.m I had a technician come out to my home and do a check of my HVAC. The technician said everything was ok but now two weeks later my air conditioning is out. Their website states that they are open 24 hours a day and have emergency services. It is 90 degrees and I have called about ***************************************************** I am so disappointed at the service that I have received from them and their unprofessionalism.

    We strive to provide excellent service and regret that we fell short in this instance. It's concerning to hear about the communication issues and the problem with your **** system after our visit.

    Please know that we take your feedback seriously. Therefore, we have updated our hours of service on ******* Our team has investigated this matter to understand what went wrong and ensure it is promptly resolved.

    Since then, we have contacted you and dispatched a technician to your location. After conducting a no-charge diagnosis, we determined that the **** system was working properly, but you had a plumbing issue. Additionally, for your inconvenience, we added 1lb of refrigerant to your system at no charge and addressed your concerns from your move-in inspection.

    We value your business and hope that the steps taken met your satisfaction.
