    Repeated delay in delivering furniture and replacing defective furniture. There were repeated delays in receiving the furniture after purchase. Now I having to wait almost a year for the replacement of the defective recliner. This is a exceptionally poor way to run a business and only interested in collecting money for furniture not taking care of customer in a reasonable time frame I purchased the furniture and was told the delivery date. The furniture was not delivered on that date. Twice more I was given a delivery date and after several phone call furniture was not delivered until a month later. Close to the end of the first year, the recliner stopped functioning. Store scheduled a technician to examine recliner. Technician thoroughly examined recliner and recommended an even exchange. Store told me delivery date of recliner. The recliner was not delivered on that date. Received call from store that recliner was not received and will NOT be delivered as promised I asked them to have the manager, Gabby, call me to help me understand why the furniture was delayed again. I did not receive a call. I've called the store several times; the phone rings but no one answers. I submitted complaint on American Signature Furniture website and received response from customer care ********************************************* that all dates were tentative. I emailed back asking who should I contact to resolve the matter. I received an email response that the item is on the order for next year, February 2025. I called the contact number in the email and was told that they have to wait for the manufacturer to send the furniture and that was the earlier date item would be available. Seems like I'm given arbitrary delivery dates and the company doesn't care if delivery dates will be honored.
