    Body shop Jag Custom Auto Consulting moved to new location it's ********************************************************************************. . The complaint is he did not replace the part on my 2020 Jeep Gladiator it was the Axle Housing due to a car accident. He said on that kind of Jeep it's a 4x4 and the alignment is only needed for the front. The rear got damage on the right side of the passenger side. Therefore, the alignment diagnostics would have shown the rear part was still damage if he had the shop to do diagnostics scan on it or he never replace it the Axle housing and it the original part on my truck. I'm asking him to replace the damage part for $4,000 is what another repair shop would charge to replace it. They have no problems ordering that part because they just replaced 4 other Jeeps with the same problem. He refuses to answer to my attorney letter to be sued for negligence and not proper helping a paid customer for his services he didn't live up to.
