We requested new HD tires, HD shocks and tie rod ends for our **** **** E-350 which we use as our home. We were charged $3300 for the service and were told that there was a warranty on their work. However we found out the hard way that this business put tires on our van that were not even rated at factory level. Per the van specs we needed tires rated 120/E (**** lbs) or higher the company put tires rated at 111 (**** lbs) which werent rated to even hold the gross weight of the van before we added two adults and our belonging which caused the tire tread to be eroded within two months and caused a blow out of the front right tire while we were going around a curve. When we attempted to use the warranty for replacement we were told that none of the parts were covered by the warranty. We had to spend even more money to replace all four tires again to even be safe to drive. The franchise owner had promised originally to refund two tires but we have not heard from him since then.

I wanted to have my brakes on my 2016 ***** CX-5 evaluated for replacement. I selected Christian Brothers Automotive in **********, ******* because I thought they would do a good job for a good value. My wife brought the vehicle in and they gave her the vehicle a few hours later. She stated to me that she could immediately hear a squeal from the brakes, I thought it would eventually go away. I returned with the vehicle a couple of weeks later as the brakes were still squealing. They told me that it was due to the wheel bearings needing to be replaced and said it would be an additional fee and that they had just missed it with the brake job evaluation. Unconvinced, I took it to a ***** dealer to confirm if the wheel bearings needed to be replaced. The technician made a video of the issue, which I still have as a record and he explained and illustrated where a piece of hardware from the aftermarket brakes was touching the rotor making the squealing sound. It is deeply upsetting to know that even if I had agreed to a wheel bearing replacement it still would not have resolved the issue. I would like a full refund so that I can have the brake job redone properly.
