  I DO NOT recommend this company. To start, I was given a lot of misinformation during the sales call. I went ahead and ordered 4 machines. The delivery on both was a DISASTER and both machines were delayed in getting set up. It has been OVER A YEAR and they still haven't placed my other 2 machines. I have been dealing with 2 executives and the heads of locating operations (who is extremely rude) and have gotten nowhere. DO NOT BUY.

  **** was contacted by ***** *******, Vice President, on August 20, 2025. He was unaware of her BBB post of August 19 at the time of contact, reaching out to her to resolve her concerns. He agreed to personally assist her through the end of August with any issues that may arise and will keep her account manager involved thereafter. **** has locators in her area and is going to locate her last 2 machines near her sister as **** has requested. One of our Senior Vice President's, **** *****, who resides near ****, personally assisted her in setting up her first machine. **** also made arrangements for a 2nd delivery crew to place her 2nd machine due to the location having marble floors and insisting on a special delivery method. We have tried to be very accommodating by extending extra support.**** will extend every effort to help **** and want to continue to assist her in a professional and courteous manner. It is our goal to promptly locate her last 2 machines to get her business fully operational and profitable.Vend Tech International and Naturals 2Go

  Yes, ***** ******* has been helping to the extent that he can but he can't create a location out of thin air, and the company absolutely refuses to provide any sort of financial compensation for the lack of placement, now a year later. There are customers who bought machines 3 years ago that have still not been placed (per the ********* ******** support group).Yes, locator that was just in my market did not produce any results. ********* continues to sell vending machines in my already oversaturated market. In fact, there were 3 groups (including me) in my training that were in 15 miles of each other, and two of us were in neighboring towns looking in the exact same locations for placement. Due to the oversaturation, you are forced to accept a location the compay deems viable, even if it means going outside of the originally agreed upon target area to a location that is far away and inconvenient, or you forfeit your right to the locating services you already paid for. As far as "professional and courteous manner," that hasn't been the case. ******* ****** who works in locating operations has been communicating with me by email in what is probably the rudest business manner I've ever been exposed to, and ***** ******* is aware of this.I fear this complaint and my many others directly to the company will result in retribution where I will be waiting even longer for machine placement (as they don't guarantee a timeline, so I legally could be waiting years).

  This is a master class for vending business owners! It was amazing. I left feeling confident about what I was doing in my personal vending business. This is the best vending company out there, and I am happy to be a part of the Vend Tech International Family.

  **** Advertises A Turnkey Business, INTENTIONALLY CONCEALING the fact that they will take about 6 months to even start to get me started. They said I will be earning ROI in 3-4 months after full payment/ training, but now, 8+ months after paying the highest price in the market & 5 months after completing all required training, I have 0 machines placed. Such long delay was never mentioned or agreed upon. They delay and lag the locating process to an unreasonable length of time (citing a no timeline-guarantee) until either I find my own location or, having waited too long, just settle for a low-value location out of desperation! They act entitled to deny & delay services without ANY Reasonable timeframe, but keep my money regardless, citing a no-refund policy!When I inquired & questioned the quality of locating services, I was retaliated against & systematically dismissed as no one is taking accountability. **** refuse to fulfill their agreement obligations but they refuse to cancel my contract and let me go *********, I tried to cut my losses & sell my machines, only to find out theyre worth way less than what **** charged me for them. Although from what Ive seen, they are low-quality cheap machines from ***** or something.. not at all the high-end made-in-USA equipment **** falsely advertised on their website and marketing materials

  I just located my first machine and have been super impressed by the entire organization Naturals2Go! It is always a bit scary taking a leap of faith into something you know nothing about. My fears were replaced immediately by friendly, enthusiastic, helpful and experienced trainers and account managers. I have reached out to several staff members throughout this process and am always treated with respect and positive encouragement. I am excited about my vending business and even more pleased that I selected a company that has my back.

  The training was excellent. Two days for training was a good thing. More and I would not have retained it. I have a good understanding of the vending machine and how to handle it. I feel I can reach out to the folks that trained us for specific answers along with *****. The team meetings ***** holds really help. **** is a star and has helped me with locating the machines and interacting with the decision makers effectively. It's all fun and still scary but getting this done.

  Honestly was very skeptical at first but getting to the training eased the fear quickly. Super helpful, super educational, almost like a short college class for those who want to try something different and start a vending business. Machines might be higher priced than some other new ones but theyre excellent machines, simple to use, and the training/location assistance/and general services they provide was worth it to us as newcomers to vending and having full time jobs without time to canvass areas to find locations. If youre serious about starting a vending business and have a little cash to invest, highly recommend so far.

  My experience with Naturals2Go has been great. They walk you through the process of assuring you have the right licenses in place, understanding the digital and mechanical aspects of the equipment, pricing, procuring sales items and locating. I like the family vibe with the Naturals2Go community and the coaches, who are all willing to share best practices, guidance, and ideas. They truly want your business to succeed. Thank you!

  Our experience with ******** has exceeded our expectations. As much money as we put into this franchise operation, we were still skeptical that the other side was going to really be there, be supportive, and be professional. They are a very amazing group of people who go above and beyond to make the unfamiliar familiar and the unknown super-exciting!We look so forward to starting this (ad)venture of a lifetime and do not regret for one moment making Vendtech our choice.
