    So my car was towed by this towing company for my private lot. when I went to pick up the car I asked them why my car was towed and they said they I had four unpaid parking tickets from this private lot. When sked for information for the lot they refuse to give it, but they did give the personal cell phone number of the parking attendant. No invoice or bill was given, they just took the cash and gave the car. What they didn’t know was that that was my roommate who took my car without asking me and got it towed. She had the spare key to my car so they just gave her the car without any proof that the car was hers. No ID was asked for or verification that the car was hers. I called to complain about the fact that they just gave away a car without verification from the owner and they said that since she had to keep the car was obviously hers. Now I have always been given two sets of keys to my car and my roommate has used my car before without my permission but this is never happened and I think it is absolutely ridiculous that they can just give a card to a person without even asking for their ID or proof that that car is theirs. What if I lost my key in my car was stolen and they just gave the car back to the thief because they had the key. We called multiple times and we were either hung up on or called a ***** and they refuse to give us any information to resolve the problem so I contacted the police and they told me to contact you. They obviously have no proper business practices, seeing that they just gave a car away without knowing who’s it was and refuse to be any help to handle the problem.

    To whom it may concern,



     ********* ********* ************ drove the car out of the lot. In fact, I have 6 screenshots of her phone number (4:19pm on the date her vehicle was towed).
    The truth is, she came in cursing and screaming so the manager waited on her. He told her he was not going to put up with her acting disorderly.  He checked her ID and ran her card. The card declined, so she paid cash.
    So let me get this straight:
    she is admitting
    1) she came to our office ( to pick up the car) and asked why did we tow it.
     2) She inquired about the lot, but we gave her the attendant's personal cell phone number.
    3) She was not given an invoice.

    If you read the complaint, the story  switches to "her roomate paid and picked up the car" - This sounds like a scam. I REFUSE to address a complaint with someone who calls cursing and ranting. No one has to listen sit there and listen to her verbally abusing them.
    This complaint contains nothing but false information. She starts the complaint with  "when i went to pick up the car I asked them why my car was towed", then says her roommate picked up the vehicle.
     Now she wants us to give HER someone else's money (roommate)?

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is a complete lie!!!!. A card was never given to them just cash and no invoice. They NEVER checked any form of identification. I do admit I was rather angry when I got there but they refused to give any proof of why they towed my car! If they have cameras it will prove it! These people are lying and scamming people!
