In the course of a BBB investigation, BBB attempted to contact Paramount Parrot Kingdom on 12/07/2018 to address allegations of fraud from a concerned customer. According to the customer, the company never sent the purchased parrot. The money was collected, but the parrot has never been delivered. After the deposit was paid for the parrot the consumer then received requests for additional funds and numerous excuses as to why the breeder could not meet to deliver the parrot.
The BBB investigation found that the address provided to customers is a private residence and is not connected to the company. In similar cases, BBB has found that websites and social media pages selling pets that do not exist will often change names and web locations quickly and frequently and there is a chance this operation will soon pop up again under a different name. Consumers are urged to always check with BBB before making online purchases to verify the validity of the seller.
