    Terrible company! Would not recommend! *** Anderson is a very rude old man. Charged me $400 to set up our gas logset and had a gas leak in 24 hours. He refused to come back and resolve the problem. Do not use this company.

    This man's crazy!! He called me said he bought a house and wanted to see if his logs (not our logs) would work, he has no propane hooked up at this time. I told him I would come out hook his small propane tank prime the gas line and see if his logs (not our logs) would start up. In our conversation I ask if it had a solid piece glass was in front of his fireplace, he said yes. I then told him up front we DO NOT WORK ON DIRECT VENT FIREPLACES. I would hook it up and see if it fired up if it did not fire up that My job stopped at that point because I don't work on direct vent fireplace. So I did what I told him I would do, went out hooked up the propane tank and found a gas leak where the plumber installed a **** flex pipe fitting improperly. I repaired that at no additional charge I might add. Hooked it up check for leaks by sudsy water and instruments tested with leak detector. The unit pilot light lit and the unit came on running good was running when I left. After all he did write me a check so he was completely satisfied with us at that time. The next morning he calls me and said his carbon monoxide alarm was going off and I needed to come out immediately and see what was up. I told him it sound like a venting issue and reminded him I DID NOT WORK ON DIRECT VENT FIREPLACE like I told him in our very first conversation. He gets pissy and said I'll cancel your check, I responded you do that I'll put a labor lean on your property and I hung up, nobody threatens me. So now you know the real story not a out right lie. I never installed a set of logs in his house. It was all his stuff I just assisted in hooking it up and getting it going. He got exactly what he paid for.
