I would like to file a complaint with The BBB against South University. I have not attended classes with them in over 2 years, I also received the Pell ***** and the Hope scholarship, I currently have just under $17,000 in students loans. Today I received a bill telling me I owe South University $1,068.81 and that this is the final account statement and my balance has been sent off to a collections agency. This is the first and only statement I have received from South University, no one has made any attempt to contact me directly. I have called several times trying to figure out how I have a bill at all. I do not want an apology, I want this off of my account and I want all my contacts information removed from your system.

I am currently a student. My main complaint is that my financial aid papers have been messed up and they owe me money. I have left several messages for someone to call me and they refuse to call me. I do believe that I am also entitled to a ***** from the government and they are just not responding.South University Response
