I have a membership with this car wash service. On 6/23/23, I took my car through the automatic car wash at the ******* location. During the wash, I heard some weird noises, but didn't know at the time that there was damage done to the undercarriage of my car under the left wheel. My car is parked in our home garage at all times. The next morning, a family member and I noticed that there was damage under my wheel. As soon as I was able, I visited the car wash and advised of what happened. The manager, ******, rolled video footage and admitted during our meeting that the damage was not done before I entered the car wash and only after. Yet, he still was not willing to let me file an incident report. Once I contacted corporate and cancelled my membership and requested a district manager call, only then did ****** text me on 6/26/23 to advise to fill out a report with them. I did the same day and he told me that a manager would call me in 2 days. No one ever called. So I contacted corporate again on 7/6/23 and was told that a manager would call. Someone by the name of **** called me on Saturday 7/8/23 at 9:00am. I was not available. I advised that I would call him back at a more convenient time for me because I was in the middle of handling important business. I called back several times throughout that day with no success. I even left a message and he never called back. I tried calling again on the next business day Monday 7/10/23 and never received a callback. It has been two weeks and my car is still damaged due to this car wash service.
