    BBB Reached out to attempt to get my business accredited. I attempted to understand the process and what does the accreditation come with, terms and conditions, code of ethics, responsibilities etc. I simply wanted to understand the process. ***** was completely evasive and did not provide clear and concise answers. When asked how does the BBB step in and resolve consumer complaints and what the BBB's role is I was told "why are you looking at the negative side of this" this is minutes after I was told by ***** "your industry receives a lot of complaints"***** became condescending and continued to speak vague word salads, imagine if we as real business owners did that to our customers....He then told me "do you want the accreditation or not?" ***** you are a clown!Its just so ironic that the BBB it self has no idea how to conduct best business practices.

    This site has become absolutely useless! Your ok with the answer from corporate GooglFi? ???? "They've reached out to me and couldn't resolve?" No they couldnt resolve because they suck! And now your (BBB) ok with that? There should be a place to report you (BBB)!
