    I am filing a complaint regarding duplicate and unjustified charges from The **** ************* lease from May to August. I fulfilled my lease obligations and paid all rent in full and on time. However, I recently received a final bill of $1,700, which is completely unjustified since I already paid rent for May, June, July, and August in full.I reached out to management multiple times without receiving a resolution. leasing office informed me that my August payment was my last required rent payment, which I already submitted.They also told me this appeared to be a system error and assured me it would be corrected. Despite this, the $1,700 charge remains pending, and I have not received a clear explanation or correction.I have already submitted all payment records by email to the management team, which confirm that my rent was fully paid. Additionally, when I visited the leasing office at the beginning of each month,they verified my payments in person. Despite my compliance and transparency, I have not been treated fairly as a former resident.
