    We hired Critter Control (a ******* company) for exclusion work, which included installing a one-way door and sealing entry points. While most of the work was completed, they failed to remove the one-way door or properly finish the job. Despite our multiple calls and messages over the course of over a month, they repeatedly ignored our requests for follow-up.The only way to get someone on the phone was to call the new customer line, as their existing customer line led to a dead-end. Even then, we were told a manager would call us back, but that never happened. They effectively stonewalled us while leaving their work ************* addition to failing to honor their contract, they attempted to charge us for services that were not rendered and auto-charged our card without prior authorization. After giving them one last chance to fix the issue, we had to hire someone else to complete the job. We are now pursuing a chargeback for the cost of their incomplete work.?? If youre considering using this company, be aware that they may not honor their contract, may charge you for services they dont provide, and may auto-charge your card without authorization. We would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a more reliable wildlife control service.
