My wife and I purchased a vehicle in sept of 2022 and then sold said vehicle in July of 2024. Stated in the warranty from Gavity autos, we were going to be given a refund for the warranty we didnt use. My wife reached out to the financial team at the dealership starting in August of 2024 and did not get a response. I finally reached out to them in December of 2024 and was able to communicate with Mr. ***** ****** and filled out the paperwork he sent me. He said it would be 6-8 weeks to process. We never heard anything else, so I reached back out in April of 2025 to find out where we were in process. They did not have record of our paperwork according to Ms. ***** ****** from their corporate office. She was then able to file the paperwork and did notify me that she cut a check for part of the refund we were due, but after getting a breakdown of where that number came from, the days were counted way past when we sold the vehicle. Their information showed we owned the vehicle for 888 days and my calculation came to 677 days, so the check is less than what we are due. I responded to that email inquiring about that discrepancy and have yet to receive a response 3 weeks later.Business Response

I am filling a complaint against Gravity Auto Sales Roswell with the BBB, The local News Channel, The **************************** and with my Lawyers for failing to return my $20,000 Downpayment after the loan was cancelled and no financing was able to be provided for the 2019 ****************. On March 26 2025, I was in the market for a Lamborghini Urus, I ended up finding on gravity auto sales listing. So we applied for it with a few different banks and ******************* was the only one to approve it for $20k down. So I put the 20k down and they made me wait a few days to leave with the vehicle, they explained that I can't drive off the lot until they received the full payment from ******************* even Tho they weren't supposed to do that. They even lied to ********* telling them that I have received the vehicle(even tho I didn't) so they can hurry and send them the money for it. After a few days I was able to pick the Urus up. On May 19th 2025 after I just got back from ******, I received 4 calls from the dealership saying that ******************* is cancelling my loan because I didn't answer their phone call when I was out the country. So I brought the car back and they said they will try to get them to reconsider taking the loan back and they will have to keep the vehicle until then. After all that they were not able to get them to take the loan back. So I told the dealer when can I pick up my $20k downpayment and they laughed saying they wont be able to because the Lamborghini Urus market has dropped and they will have to pay fees (a bunch of excuses). So I told them that is illegal and they will have to return my money. ********* refunded my one car cote payment I made after the loan was cancelled. *** why the dealer gravity autos thinks they wont have to do the same. This is completely illegal to not return a downpayment when financing was not able to go thru. My Lawyers will be getting in contact with the owner ***** *. They are thieves.Business Response

I purchased a Range Rover Velar from *** at Gravity Auto Sales. I was told it had a clean history and no accidents(was shown a carfax). I noticed on my way home from the dealership that I was unable to adjust the passenger side mirror. I reached out and was told that it was under warranty and I could take it to Land Rover to fix(I live over 2 hours from Gravity). In the next couple of days the check engine light came on. I reached out to *** who advised taking it to a parts store to have them analyze the issue. Turned out to be the O2 sensor. I was told again that it was under warranty and ********** would fix it. I contacted ********** and made an appointment for them to look over the vehicle. Turns out the vehicle was not under warranty because it showed signs of being in an accident. The tech at ********** reviewed the vehicle with me and explained how they came to that conclusion. **** to fix everything would be $10,000. I elected to go back to Gravity for them to repair but since the vehicle was no longer considered under warranty it cost me $250 just for them to look at the vehicle. *** had me come back to their repair shop and said they would take care of it. I took a day off work, drove over 2 hours and at the end of the day they had done nothing to the vehicle. *** stated they were ordering parts directly from ********** and assured me everything would be taken care. Parts supposed to take 10 days. This was a month ago and they will not return my calls or texts. I specifically asked for the manager and no call from that person either.Business Response

My wife bought a car from this dealership on 12/15/24 and have yet to receive the tag for it. We have made numerous calls to the dealership since February with no return calls, no answered calls when transferred to the titling department, or being hung up on/disconnected. We even reached out to our salesperson ***** and he told us that he would send a message to the titling department and have them contact me or my wife. We would just like to get the tag and registration for the vehicle.Business Response

Purchased car on 12/31/24. The airbag light was on and the dealer issued a "we Owe' letter for the repair. The repair they thought it needed, didn't work. Now the mechanic, they supplied is stating a repair that cost between 4-7k to do. I notified the dealer and they told me that it's past the 30 day window and this is a separate issue. It is past, since the time to give me a repair source 1- took dealer 3 weeks to get me a mechanic for repair.2- repair they thought would work, NEVER worked. We Owe is to repair car to make light go away. This has never happened. I have all documentation of communication and We owe.Business Response

I have besm dealing with ***. I was under the impression he was the head manager. I have texts where *** has told menheneould correct the issue and pay for the repair. As of Monday, *** has now rescinded that offer. The mechanic they had me used charged $1,200 to remove the seat and try to find the sensor for repair. He was not successful. *** would only pay him if that would close the we owe and insould be on my own to repair the airbag issue. I told him no. From that point communication went nowhere. I paid the mechanic directly so I could get my car back. I will be taking thencsr to an appropriate mechanic doe the repair. Once done, I plan to file suit for Breach of Contract. All communication and paperwork has been saved. I don't understand why they want to go this route. Just fix the car per the we owe and reimburse me for having to pay the mechanic you told me to go to. Couldn't load full communication due to size.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle on 2/8/2025 and provided all required documentation to the finance department by 2/11/2025. The tag/title department contacted me in 2/21/2025 stating that they had just received paperwork from the finance department and that they did not have all the necessary documentation to finalize my paperwork. Note I provided that missing information to the finance department almost 2 weeks prior. So first, the finance department purposefully delayed passing along my paperwork to the tag ***** Second, I was told by the tag department that I could get my tags from the state title office, however, the title office said they had not received payment from the dealer. I spoke with representatives of the dealer, including purported management, both over the phone and in person and was met with dismissive and condescending attitudes. They could not provide me with clear answers or solutions. They also didnt seem interested in accessing their internal protocols and repeated failures of multiple departments and employees.Business Response

I purchased a Tesla Model 3 from Gravity Autos in Sandy Springs, GA on August *******. I was informed and assured that I was eligible and would receive the tax credit for purchasing the used vehicle.I was informed that paperwork would be filed with the ****I went to file my taxes recently and was informed that I needed Form-*****, the clean Vehicle Seller Report, or the Time of Sale report. I immediately contacted the Gravity location where I purchased my vehicle and was given the runaround. I have made several calls to the finance manager,***** who recently told me that he is unable to get into the *** system to file the information/form. Now he is not answering or returning my calls. The salesman has told me several times that he would get this issue handled and nothing has been done. I was even told that there were more people experiencing this same issue besides me.This is unacceptable. Why wasn't this form sent to the *** when I bought the car months ago and why was I not provided with this form?I have called daily, but now ***** is not answering or returning my calls, and there is still no resolution. I am eligible for this tax credit and because the dealership did not do what they were supposed to do, I have not been able to file my taxes.Business Response

Purchased 2020 *** X7 on November 19th 2024. They are in *******, we are in *******. Saw it online and called for more info. Was assured by the salesman **** that the car was in perfect condition. We asked if it had any paintwork done or needed any paint work and was assured the car was perfect several times. We offered to drive up and inspect the vehicle multiple times before we traded in our vehicle for it and was assured over and over that it was perfect. No need to make the trip. They sell cars to out of state customers all the time, sent video of car but never showed any damage on the vehicle. Upon receiving the car, rolling off the transport trailer, the brakes were grinding and squealing. Had to put new brakes first day. $550. Upon further inspection found that the wheels were all curbed so badly, and peeling everywhere, not to mention all the dings and dents all around the vehicle, damage to the front bumper, rear bumper, quarter panels, and roof. Called them immediately to let them know the condition of the vehicle is not what they assured me it would be and that I was not happy. They told me to get quotes for wheel repair. I went to several locations including 2 *** dealerships and most said they were not repairable but *** said they could repair them for $350 each wheel plus $100 for mounting and balancing. Gravity was informed of my findings and given written estimates but they say they can have them repaired for $40 a wheel and refuse to pay more. I am looking to have them pay $2200 total for the wheel repair and the brake replacement. It has been 2 months since the purchase was made and they still have not resolved this issue. They do not return my calls or texts for days sometimes weeks. They are not trying to resolve this, they keep telling me $40 a wheel is all they are willing to offer at this time.Business Response

We purchased our 3rd vehicle from Gravity on 8/24/24, we traded in a car with the understanding that they would pay off the trade in balance with the funds from the new loan. As of 10/2/24 this loan has not been paid off. I have had to make 2 payments on a car that I no longer own and which Gravity sold 5 days after we traded it in. Everyday that that loan is not paid I accrue interest which means I will get less from the payoff. This is simple accounting which Gravity seems to not understand. Both my husband and I have called several times to find out why the loan has not been paid and are told everytime that the check is being send out that day.Business Response

-Found car online & received short video which, as it turns out, wasnt an upfront, detailed video showing imperfections, dents, or scratches on the car. I asked about this and was told the car was in perfect condition.-Paid cash & set up delivery to our home, 150 miles away, which was repeatedly delayed & a full 3 days after the original agreed upon delivery date, and we had to be out of town on the new delivery date. -Car was very dirty. Dog hair ALL over it. ********** hair in the air vents, ***************** around the gear shift and dash, and a ton in between the seats, LARGE scratch passenger side door- 6 inches long and deep. - CAR HAD ***** MORE MILES ON IT THAN WAS ADVERTISED or listed on paperwork and Carfax! -reached out & were given the runaround every day for the next MONTH over these issues. No one ever answered phones, all calls went to voicemail which is ALWAYS full and the calls disconnect. They would CONSTANTLY tell us theyd call us back and it never happened. It took over a month, calling everyday. I finally, after MANY WEEKS, was able to talk to ***, the *** who was hateful and vitreous. -NO reimbursement issued. They eventually paid for the car to be detailed. -*** told us we could Return the car and get our money back which, as it turns out, wouldve been a huge mistake as I did a lot of digging and saw reviews that said ***people had returned their cars over similar issues or worse, to NOT receive their money back until the car was sold again!*** -received title after 30 days and we took it to license plate agency. It was NOT SIGNED by the previous owner. I immediately called the title office @ Gravity and the woman ARGUED w/ me, saying that it WAS signed & I was wrong. I sent a pic of it to prove it and she finally said we would need to send the title back to *********** would return it within a week. At that point we were overdue in registering our car in our state. Title arrived late & we were a full 2 wks overdue on registrationBusiness Response
