  I had 15 REC solar panels with Enphase Microinverters and a 15kWh Franklin battery installed by Custom Solar in July 2025, and I could not have been more pleased with my entire experience. After an initial enquiry to get some information, John Wagner called me and spent an hour on the phone with me describing their services and answering my questions in detail. He then sent me several models for my future installation in order to assess various options and configurations. After a subsequent visit to make sure that my house could accommodate the chosen configuration, the installation was scheduled rapidly. The team who installed the panels and the battery was professional, courteous, and did a terrific job answering my questions and cleaning up the site afterwards. Custom Solar worked with me to make sure I understood how to use the Enphase and Franklin Apps that control the system, and have done a terrific job since then following up on maintenance and making sure that the system met my expectations. Excellent communication, transparency, technical competence and professionalism: I cannot recommend Custom Solar enough!

  REMOVEDdid Stellar work on a Difficult job. I'm a 35 year veteran home-builder and because of my skill-set I thought it would be easy to find a company to install panels, that I had already purchased, to expand my current system. Wow, I was wrong. It took me over a year after contacting dozens of companys until I found CSS.After my initial interaction with REMOVED, CSS sales engineer, I felt I had hit a home run. As a contractor myself, I could tell from our conversation that he knew exactly what I was desiring, understood my existing system and specs, was always prompt to reply and had me a quote very quickly. From there we worked through the installation plan, layout, and scheduling.This was an unusual and difficult job. My home is 2 stories on a basement, with a steep pitch 10/12 roof. The panels I had purchased were commercial grade, Bi-facial panels, nearly 4ft x 8 ft in size, and weighing 75 lbs each. Just getting them up to the roof and the roof pitch alone was why I had not attempted to install them myself already. The crew erected ladders and installed safety harnesses and made the work look easy while working together like a choreographed REMOVEDthe end of the day the project was complete, site and roof was clean, and panels were tested to confirm all the electrical output was proper. The following day I completed the REMOVEDMPPT connections and was producing power. Glorious!I can't recommend CSS more heartily! They are thorough from first interaction thru to the end and follow up. The price they charged was fair and very transparent in the proposal they presented. They also gave me equipment options of which I selected a few. I also now have a company that can service my needs should I have issues in the future or wish to expand. You will pleased to call Custom Solar Solutions.

  I recently had Custom Solar Solutions install a Sol-Ark 15 inverter and three EG4 wall-mount batteries for my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial call to the final inspection, the team was professional and efficient. They were always eager to answer my questions and worked around my schedule seamlessly.Overall, the entire process was smooth and the installation was done with precision.   The team did a really amazing job removing my old, dead inverter and upgrading to a Sol-Ark inverter with stackable HomeGrid batteries and also installed improved optimizers on my existing panels. My system is producing more and is now able to store some of the energy it produces without losing as much to the grid. And the REMOVEDPro app actually helped me to identify a problem with my water heater because it was using insane amounts of energy. The team was also very friendly, hard-working, and enjoyable to work with.Less

  So, last fall I began to look into Solar (rooftop panels). After doping research (I used EnergySage) I decided to go with the proposal from Custom Solar. I used a loan to finance the installation. REMOVEDwas my contact and she answered all my questions and we were able to get everything done so I will qualify for the tax incentives on my 2024 taxes. All work was done professionally and quickly from the crew that installed the solar panels on my roof to the crew that did the wiring and battery/inverter installation in my basement. I have waited to get some results before posting a review. So I can confirm how pleased I am with the first results. My REMOVED, 2024 REMOVEDelectric bill was $251 and my February, 2024 bill was $38! Yes the loan costs a little more than my REMOVEDelectric bill, but I'm certain come April, May, June, and the rest of summer that my saving will be an order of magnitude greater than the finance costs. I highly recommend Custom Solar. REMOVEDwas great to work with, the installers were professional and didn't waste time, and I'm very pleased, actually could not be more pleased with my decision. I'm on Net Metering so I actually send some power back to the grid, further reducing my electric bill, and very important to me, I can get along WITHOUT the REMOVEDI'm my own electric company!

  REMOVEDdid a great job in communicating the entire process and on follow up. I had to change the panel before they could install the Tesla Wall Connector but everything went smoothly and looks great.
