The team did a really amazing job removing my old, dead inverter and upgrading to a Sol-Ark inverter with stackable HomeGrid batteries and also installed improved optimizers on my existing panels. My system is producing more and is now able to store some of the energy it produces without losing as much to the grid. And the ** Pro app actually helped me to identify a problem with my water heater because it was using insane amounts of energy. So, last fall I began to look into Solar (rooftop panels). After doping research (I used EnergySage) I decided to go with the proposal from Custom Solar. I used a loan to finance the installation. ***************************** was my contact and she answered all my questions and we were able to get everything done so I will qualify for the tax incentives on my 2024 taxes. All work was done professionally and quickly from the crew that installed the solar panels on my roof to the crew that did the wiring and battery/inverter installation in my basement. I have waited to get some results before posting a review. So I can confirm how pleased I am with the first results. My *******, 2024 ******* electric bill was $251 and my February, 2024 bill was $38! Yes the loan costs a little more than my ******* electric bill, but I'm certain come April, May, June, and the rest of summer that my saving will be an order of magnitude greater than the finance costs. I highly recommend Custom Solar. ****** was great to work with, the installers were professional and didn't waste time, and I'm very pleased, actually could not be more pleased with my decision. I'm on Net Metering so I actually send some power back to the grid, further reducing my electric bill, and very important to me, I can get along WITHOUT the ***** I'm my own electric company!Review from Charles W

Very positive experience with our recently installed solar panels.The company is very responsive. The system was designed based on our preferences for the different component suppliers ********* * Cells) and Custom Solar Solutions have been very fast in providing different design options and calculations until we freezed the final version. The sales process was very professional only the first version of the standard contact was a bit off but they adopted immediately. Fantastic project management with a dedicated project manager and great update on the status based on autmated messages. The installation went very smooth. Some smaller corrections on the symmetry of the panels have been performed immediately after we showed them to the project manager who was on site during the entire installation. Overall a great team and very friendly people. I can highly recommend Custom Solar Solutions.

One word - outstanding. From start to finish, I couldn't have asked for better company to work with. Their quoting process was streamlined/efficient/competitive, leveraging technology in 2023, as opposed to an archaic system. No complex form or walkthrough, simply direct contact via text with some photos. After the quote, they conducted the work extremely fast, but didn't cut any corners and couldn't have done the job better. They frequently followed-up to make sure we were happy with the work, and had near immediate responses any time we had a question. I already referred them to a coworker, and plan to refer them to anyone who needs electrical work in the future. My experience with Custom Solar Solutions was positive right from the start. **** asked all the right questions and even educated me a bit on getting the right EV charger for my new **** His professionalism and honesty as well as reasonable price quote made it easy to select the Custom Solar team. The lead electrician, *******, showed up with his trainee and was just as professional and helpful and took his time to do the job right. They even cleaned up when they were done. I am very pleased with the work that ****'s and ******'s teams did on my roof. I needed my roof replaced, but I had solar panels, and other companies didn't want to bother with it, but Custom Solar Solutions came out and did exactly what I needed done. ******* looks great, and my solar panels were uninstalled and reinstalled, now they are more aesthetically pleasing when I look at *******.
