    I was approached by ********* the Owner of DFY Diversify/Holistic Growth Specialists,LLc back in March of 2022. He promised me that he could improve my existing Amazon account's performance by $2500-10,000 per month and if he couldn't meet that he would refund my initial investment. Now because of the guarantee I signed up and paid him to take over and run my Amazon Account. He ran the My Amazon store for 3 months and 1/2 and the store was suspended. Now I had this store for over a year and never had any issues with Amazon. He assured me this was a minor setback and that a lot of people got suspended and Amazon will reestablish the suspended account after a few months, and they were familiar with the process. Well a few months went by and my store was still suspended. Amazon actually locked me out and I could not even get my money out of the account, from the sale of products proceeds. It took 9 months for amazon to finally release my money. Still, I had not profited from this venture with *********. As a matter of fact, I was incurring credit card interest on the charges they had to use to purchase products. My Credit card balance was increasing during the time while I was waiting to pay off using profit from their sales on my account. After over 1 year He offered me another account to run for me but at this time I have lost faith in him and his company and asked for my money back. ********* basically said they can't do that nu they would offer another store to make up for it. At first I was going to go along with it, but I have lost faith. Now they would not refund the money and I have lost my store and my money invested with DFY diversify, plus I'm still incurring interest on my credit card.

    Hi ******, We have communicated with you about this matter already and discussed the specifics of the contract and how it works. In order for us to provide any type of guarantee, the minimum requirements have to be met. It is unfortunate that your store was suspended, your case is not unique as hundreds of thousands of accounts suffered from the same experience during that time frame. We assisted all of our clients who were affected by suspensions by helping them get cash flowing on other stores. You however chose not to. How can we help you generate income to meet a guarantee if you choose not to generate money? We have offered you several opportunities to generate cashflow, and the contract clearly states that refunds are impossible as we have to spend service costs collected towards management, software, resources, warehousing, logistics, and other services, so there is nothing to refund, however we are more than happy to assist you using the resources available to us to help you as we have helped every other client.

    I am rejecting this response because: This is the same response given when I tried to remedy this loss. It clearly states in the contract-if I the company is unable to return the full investment with in 12 months then the initial investment would be refunded minus any profit made.

    There is no assurance moving forward w/ the new offer that I would not loose more money if I went along again. Because 1. They did not honor the first agreement. 2. They would still need to use my credit to buy and sell products and profit from it. 3. I have given more than 15 months to recoup the investment I have made and I have to keep contacting them to get a status of my store. They have completely disregarded their own contract. If this goes to court there would be no doubt I will be reimbursed, this is an open and shut case. I was hoping to mediate through this platform as my last avenue prior to moving forward with legal Action.

    Hi ******, for your convenience, we have attached the exact clause in the guarantee that both you and we are referring to. It clearly states that if the client's store is suspended, we will work to reinstate it. If we cannot reinstate it, we will replace it. If you choose not to have it replaced, you cannot be eligible for a guarantee. How can we generate profits if you dont provide us with the ability to do so? Of course you can choose to hire a lawyer to try to argue for the next several months to potentially years, but it would be a lost cause as the rules of engagement are very clear in the contract. We can help you get access to other streams of income without charging the management fee even though it costs us money for onboarding and management. If you choose not to accept our offer to help you with other services, the most we can offer you is a 1.5k refund as we have taken considerable losses paying for management, software, and other expenses for your account without the ability to recuperate those losses by generating profit through a store as you have agreed upon in your contract. Technically you are in breach of contract by not continuing management nor providing the minimum required inventory budget during the 1 year that is required by your agreement, not providing us with 30 days notice of termination, and not paying your invoices for the profits we generated for you. I hope you understand despite your breaches of contract and unwillingness to cooperate, we have done the best we can to assist you. Let us know if you would like to explore other income streams, want to spend thousands on battling it out in court or if you would like to accept the 1.5k refund. We have been as fair as we can be despite our collective losses.
