    09/02/2025- contract signed for removal of 2 trees to be removed, trim ornamental trees in backyard, all material to be cut & hauled away, 2 stumps to be ground below surface grade, haul away ***** chips, protect home & surrounding landscape. 09/09/2025 - 2 trees removed, debris placed at **********, near ****, for pick-up. Back yard grass destroyed by Bobcat loader.09/25/2025 -trees finally hauled away. Much of front lawn grass killed, secondary to debris covering grass for so long. Large divots in lawn from machinery/wheels.10/10/2025 -***** grinding done only. Still waiting for ***************** of wood chips.I have made at least 50 texts to him in regard to situation, & lack of progress/completion of work. Few texts were answered. I made around 15 phone calls. Few were answered, Rarely informed of a plan, if any, along the way.Cost of work ($5,500) was paid in full, 09/05/2025. I want to be re-imbursed for the ***** cleanup, so I can hire someone else to complete the job. He had told me he would provide some grass seed to help with the lawn. Haven't received any.Joshua has not made any attempt to come to see the status of my lawn, nor has he tried to speak to me about any resolution of this situation. I have remained calm & tolerant. This has been a very trying encounter for me. He has taken advantage of my tolerance, my age, & my being a recent widow. He assured me of "exceptional service" from start to finish, & complete satisfaction. I just hope he doesn't take advantage of any one else. This is not a way to run a business.
