    This business sole me a 2022 Genesis *** with a cracked headlight, ($2,000) part. This headlight collects moisture and is hazardous and against state law to drive at night. Company ignored complaints.Second day driving the car, the skid plate underneath the vehicle came loose due to incorrect hardware holding it in place. The plate is ruined as this happened on the highway. No response from associate.This company if infamous for doing these types of things and I will continue to leave negative feedback on as many web sites as I can find with reviews.

    I put a down payment of $3500 for a 2013 *** 535 that was advertised on their website. Arrived, and paid the down payment. After the purchase, I requested copies of my purchase contract which she said she emailed to me already. I checked my email and Ofcourse it wasnt there. I repeatedly asked for it, but I already had sent their cashapp. They swore they would send the email, and still havent. I drove the car home and left town for a funeral via flight. Once I returned, the vehicle would not start. I called them and they told me the car just needed to be jumped becuase of a faulty battery. I called and had my insurance try and jump the vehicle to no avail. Car was still not doing anything. So I called the dealer, obviously upset, demanding they fix the vehicle. After being very combative and basically telling me I fell for their scam, they agreed to do see what they could do if sent the vehicle back. Now they are requesting that I pay a pick up payment, all while blocking my phone number from contacting them. *** tried calling from several different numbers to no avail. They send messages requesting payment but I can not contact them for a update on the vehicle. I think they intend to resell the vehicle, as I can surmise from past customers and complaints here on BBB. I urge you to PLEASE, as mediators and the ONLY line of defense between these scammers and the millions of potential families that could face financial ruin, to ACT. These practices represent the underbelly of ******** Business, and can not continue to thrive off the backs of hard working citizens. It has shown a consistent pattern of selling defective vehicles, and abusing arbitration laws. For its own benefit. Yet, no one has received a working product!!

    I purchased a truck from "Roswell auto sales" "******** sales" "ATL Motorsports" now I'm not sure what their name is they advertise as Roswell auto sales but if you call and it says you've reached atl motorsports and if you pay on cash app like me it says you're paying M&E motor sports. anyways, on 12/07/2022 I purchased an 09 dodge ram **** from this dealership at **** ********** st,. Roswell, *************** (the lady that handles all sales and claims to be the wife of the owner) told me upon purchase that I needed to get into contact with my local county clerk to get the form that tax exempts me for being a veteran ( I am not a ******* resident I am a ********* ** resident ****** County) upon calling ****** county I found that tax exemptions are not eligible to veterans only active duty. I tried calling/texting/emails/and leaving voicemails to the 2 numbers provided to me the day of purchase (provided below) to no avail for close to a whole month. My drive off Tag expired 01/20/2023 I finally made contact with ***** on 01/30/2023 ten days after my temporary drive off tag expired and expressed to her I needed my permanent tags or another temp tag overnighted to me as it is their responsibility to register and tag my vehicle before the first temp tag expired or provide me with a new temp tag if it was taking longer than usual. she told me that they (the dealership) was closed for a month but no worries she was in contact with ****** county clerk and I would have my permanent tag withing 5 to 7 days on 02/06/2023 (the 7th day) I still had no tag so I called ****** county clerk to see were in the process we was at since ***** told me she was in contact with my county and was working to get my tags my county looked me up by name, address, one of the three dealerships names even by the vin number on the truck and had nothing in their files for me and had never heard of me. I then called ***** after getting off the phone with my county clerk and asked about the tags again she said she sent everything to my county and they was the reason for the delay and said they (****** county) would issue me a new temp tag until the process was done. I informed her after that that I had been in contact with ****** county and she hadn't sent anything to them and they didn't have anything for me then her story changed to she has the package (documents and payment needed to register my truck to me) on her desk waiting on the mail carrier to pick it up. I then asked her to overnight ship it as my temporary drive off tag had already been expired for 17 days and I could not legally drive the truck that I had paid over $8000 on in a little over a months time ($6000 down. $1000 on 12/13/2022. another $1000 on 01/13/2023. and my first every 2 week $250 dollar payment on 01/31/2023 like we had agreed on) She told me that she would have to ask the owner (even though she claimed her and her husband was the owners) if she could overnight the package so I could get my tags faster and she would get back to me. now it is almost 02/09/2023 and my county still hasn't received anything for me and now she will not answer or return my calls at all after multiple attempts to reach out to her.     On 11-30-22 I went to Roswell Auto Sales to purchase a vehicle. I traded in a 2015 Caddilac XTS and a 2009 Mini ****** to purchase a 2013 GMC Terrain with a warranty. I drove the truck home, then that nite to work while driving to work I started to hear a tapping noise from the engine I checked the oil it was empty along with some milky stuff on the cap so i contacted ***** who is the *** my sales person of Roswell Auto sales by messenger she told me to bring the truck back n they would fix it. I took it back her mechanic work on it said it was fixed so i drove it home again only for it to start doing the same thing so i contacted ***** again told her it may need another engine she said dont worry it will be fixed just take it to get check n gave me a number to send the results to so i took it to GMC dealer on 12-21-22 to be checked. On 12-26-22 i picked up the truck along with the diagnostic i sent the results to the number and tried to contact ***** after a couple of weeks she answered n said she was out of the country a couple weeks later ***** contacted me about a payment i told her we need to come to a resolution about getting my engine fixed before i pay any more money she said she would note my account then no more contact until she contact abt me making a payment i told her the same thing no money until my engine is fixed she told me to contact the warranty company but i have emailed n called several times with no response i tried to contact ***** again by phone, ************* but no response then she contacted me only to say i need to contact the warranty company and make a payment for the truck and that once the truck left the lot it was out of her hands i told her that is not correct because we had a verbal n written agreement that my truck would be fixed i asked if she wanted me to screenshot the conversation and that was the last i heard from her and that was on 1-15-2023. i asked them to give me a different vehicle, fix my truck, or do a reverse sale
