    I rent a unit from Midgard Self Storage in *******, Ga and am reviewing this business because recently I discovered the source of all the mold and mildew in my unit. As we continued to remove things from the unit we discovered all the water damage that evidently had been occurring over this time which in turn resulted in the mold all over my things. I have been paying for a climate controlled unit for three years and all the while the temperature, humidity, and dryness was not being controlled at all, but rather our stuff was being ruined while we continued to be charged more and more. If you have items at this storage facility located at **************, *******, Ga I advise you to go in and check the condition of your things before they are ruined as well. I have contacted the facility, Ive had a meeting there, Ive sent emails and texts with proof of all the damage and yet the answer I get repeatedly is that they are doing everything as it should be done, ignoring the proof that something was wrong! The latest loss irrefutably proves that not only are they not controlling the humidity there is water leaking in which coupled with the heat breeds mold. I have stored these same items in two other climate controlled storage facilities for up to five years at a time and Ive NEVER had an issue like this. When I called this to their attention they told me that they did not control humidity which was ludicrous because controlling humidity is more important than anything when the facility is in the south. Then upon digging further they absolutely advertise that they control humidity. I posted a review on Yelp, as I promised them I would, and the purported owner, ******** G, posted a response asking me to contact them directly so they could offer assistance. Thats such a bogus response as Ive been struggling with this trying to get help for months. I have retained all of my correspondence with them and can prove that I have gotten NO HELP!
