I hired this company to paint the entire interior of my home. We agreed upon a prime and a timeline for the project. We agreed on the type of paint and what the expectations were. Early on in the project I noticed the wrong paint was being used. I called my point of contact and was told that was my bad. From this point on things began to get contentious. I was understandably worried about what else would go wrong during the project. It turned out that many promises that were made were not met. The paint job was not that of a professional company. The initial crew was fired from the job because they realized how bad it was. Our initial quote of 7-8 days is now 3 weeks and we are still noticing huge errors that will need to be remedied. Certain areas has the wrong primer and paint and simply peeled off like a static cling sticker. It didnt adhere to the material as they chose the wrong primer. That was first noticed on the island of our kitchen but we just noticed it on our mudroom. We also see damage on our hardwood floors from paint to ******************* from them trying to clean it. There are also paint drops all up our main staircase. The list goes on and on and so does the time of being misplaced from my home. My wife and our 2.5 and 1 year old have to have been out of our home this entire time. Between the fumes from paint and the sawdust its no place for children to be.
