    I purchased a pool cleaner that has ac2 year warranty. I'm in ************* so I only use the pool for 3 months. The machine wouldn't stay on. They had ** sent it to get repaired. It wasn't. They say they don't have any new machines in stock and refuse to send me one they do have in stock. They only want yo send me a refurbished one. That's unacceptable

    The machine is broken down twice. in the first eight months, it was supposed to have a two year guarantee. It is clear based upon the other complaints to the better. business bureau that this model does not. continue to work It breaks I'm even willing to pay money to get a newer, later model that I think they have possibly repaired the problem. I try to be fair. They've been stalling me for over a month and a half. I want the better model. I don't mind paying a little difference. or I wanna refund. I don't see any other option.

    I purchased a robot vacuum a year ago. The seal failed leaving the components exposed to water destroying my vacuum. I reach out to the company and they offered no replacement or compensation at all.

They have gone back and forth with so many times to exhaust/void my warranty. I have had enough and want to seek legal action.

    Purchased Aiper seagull pro on sept 4th, 2023, for ******. We used the machine for 1 month during that time I called and said it's not climbing the walls and I was asked to troubleshoot. I went on to use the machine floor only and then hired a pool company and then we didn't use the pool in the winter. We started to use the machine in March ******************************************************************************************* with we will send you a refurbished machine and I said NO WAY. I paid for a brand new machine I want the same. Your terms and agreement says nothing about getting someone else's issues of a machine. I have multiple emails stating we will send you a new machine but of course NONE in stock, How convenient. But you are selling to everyone else in the world. I have emails from multiple reps from this company and each one says something different, they tired to tell me I can get a partial refund WHAT???? The product doesn't work and it's defective so I should pay for your machine that doesn't work. This wasn't a rental this was bought in full. I was refunded ****** and I paid ******. I am going to report this company to the **** The state of *************** of goods and services and well as the State of **. You are a fraudulent company. Your shady and dirty and this is not going to go well for you. You make people believe in your product and then you stab them in the back and take our hard earned money and won't make it right. The constantly promise one thing and then change the situation around. I would rather pay 1k to a bigger company and get reliable service and if an items breaks and has a warranty they listen and actually replace it. Each email its we will give you 40 more if you buy another product, 30 more once you show us the receipt. Elle, *****, ****** sham on you for lying to people and not actually standing up and doing the right thing. I want my remaining $126.99 back to my card NOW.

    Purchased Aiper Seagull Pro pool cleaner on 6/19/2023, used the product for 4 months and the pool cleaner stop functioning. The seagull pro has a two year warranty. I contacted Aiper and the email chain began. I was told that the warranty only covered replacement of refurbished equipment only. The warranty information in their manual only states warranted for two years, nothing stating replacement was done using refurbished equipment. In my email chain after much struggle with the manufacturer they claimed they would replace the pool cleaner with a new seagull pro. I was told to send back the pool cleaner, they sent me a call tag. I shipped the product as instructed. I contacted the manufacturer again asking when they were going to ship my new pool cleaner. Their response was they do not have any refurbished units at this time. I was completely lie too. Please help.

    Ordered product thru Amazon as Aiper direct couldn't process my credit card. After 1 month, the product quit working. Amazon said they'd accept the return, however, they only refunded me $200.62. When I called Amazon, they said I'd have to contact Aiper for the remaining $44. Aiper says it's been fully refunded in their system which is not the case. I just want my remaining $44 back for a product that had a 2 yr warranty.

    I purchased an Aiper Orca-**** model robotic pool cleaner through Amazon.com last year. Aiper is a third-party seller on the Amazon site. The date the order was placed was. July 13, 2022. My Amazon.com order number: 114-0687610-8616247. It cost $679.00 plus ******** state tax of approximately $55.00 for a total purchase price of $734.00. The pool cleaner stopped working properly by September, only two months later. At that point it was beyond the Amazon return window and I tried to contact Aiper for support. They recommended some testing but at that point I had to close the pool for the season and was not able to do it and that it would have to be checked the following spring. Now, after opening the pool, I tried to run it and it was still not working and now has completely failed. I have contacted Aiper support and they are telling me that they cannot repair or replace it and are only offering a "partial" refund based on my remaining warranty. That is not acceptable. This was a substantial amount of money for something that should be covered for at least two full years from date of purchase in its entirety. I want my defective item either replaced with a comparable model cost-wise, or full remuneration of my $734.00 and believe I am entitled to it. I see others online complaining about similar problems, so I am not the only person getting bad service from this company.

    I PURCHASED A ROBOTIC POOL CLEANER WHICH CAME WITH A YEARS ************* OF THE WHEELS BROKE OFF AND I HAVE TRIED TO CALL COMPANY SEVERAL TIMES. IT CONTINUES TO SAY NO SUPPORT AGENTS AVAILABLE TO TAKE CALL. I HAVE ALSO LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES FOR A CALL BACK WITH NO RESPONSE. I HAVE ALSO EMAILED THE COMPANY WITH NO RESPONSE. THIS IS NOT A WAY TO RUN A COMPANY BY NOT RESPONDING TO ANY CALLS OR EMAILS.
