    I dropped off my vehicle on 3/30/23 with service advisor ******************* because ****** monitor wouldnt complete for emissions. The evap also wouldnt complete but I can pass with one monitor incomplete and was focused on ****** monitor. I let them know when I dropped it off that the temp tags would expire on 4/04/23 to which they vocalized no concern. I also reminded them on 4/03/23 that the tags would expire the next day via text. They initially recommended replacement of an o2 sensor (4/03/23) due to it being lazy. I was skeptical because Id already replaced all 4 sensors prior to taking it in, but agreed to see if that would work. It didnt after 2 whole weeks of driving it. Next (on 4/12/23) they recommended replacement of the rest of the sensors due to a reported CEL that came on during a test drive. They said if that didnt fix ****** monitor theyd only charge me the first one. I agreed to that under the condition that if it didnt work, they would get the evap monitor to complete so that it could be registered, to which he agreed and told me the tech (***************) had taken it on as a personal challenge. On 4/20/23 I asked for an update as I hadnt heard anything from them since the 12th, and was told the tech was scared to drive it. I vocalized opposition because my truck had just been sitting with no work being done to it and no communication with me at all. I was told theyd have someone drive it that day. On 4/21/23 I received a text stating the manager had put his foot down and disallowed them to drive it due to the tags being expired. It has to be driven to get either monitor to run. They took the job knowing when the tags would expire, and worked on it, drove it, and offered additional recommended repairs all after the tags expired, and are now refusing to finish the job, and the manager wont take my calls and the advisor wont respond to my messages. I have ALL communication saved in text. My truck is still there. As a former texh, Im astonished.

    I have dealt with ******************************* since **** and I have had nothing but exceptional customer service both during and after the sale. The sales team is amazing and the service department is second to none. They have always gone above and beyond to help. I have purchased at least 6 vehicles from them and have great results.
