      I sent package with **** tracking # ********************** in October. It is associated with global post by way of tracking # GPPISP0000779728US. This package has still not been delivered. I elevated this issue to supervisor level on their side with no solution. They keep telling me they are -actively- working with customs to get this package delivered, yet its been more than 2 months! This is unacceptable and I want my money $17.86 back.

      I mailed a package to ********* on 01/29/2024. It was a personal package with rock specimens. The service charged $25 for an all inclusive shipment to the address in *********. On 04/24/2024 I received an email from GlobalPost saying that I would have to pay a $150 inspection fee to GlobalPost for the package to be released from customs in *********. Thats about what the entire package is valued. The recipient in ********* has not been able to verify anything about the package through Australia Customs. I want delivery or return of the package. Or replacement cost of the package contents.

      1) On November 16th, 2023 Shipstation charged my paypal account an adjustment of $11.11 with the reference: GlobalPost by ShipStation $11.11 Unjustified Charge. (Manage ShipStation payments Transaction ID ****************** ( Invoice ID *********************************** Purchase details Shipping label from PayPal Shipping powered by ShipStation Total$11.11 2) On November 29th I sent a message to them asking for more information about this charge. 3)THEY RESPONSE READS: Thanks for reaching out to us at the *********************** My name is ****, happy to assist you today. I understand you have some concerns regarding a recent transaction. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you. After taking a look into your account, I can confirm the transaction in question is adjustment-related via GlobalPost. Post Shipment Adjustments can occur for a variety of reasons. Please see below for additional details on this adjustment: Reason for the Adjustment: Incorrect package weight Customer-Assessed Weight: 8 oz Carrier-Assessed Weight: 9 oz Adjustment Amount: $11.11 Adjustment ID: ********** Tracking Number: LV768962522US Adjustment date- 11/16/23 4) MY CONCLUSION: I just noticed that when some one in GlobalPost Processing Facility *************************************************************** attach the CUSTOMS FORM over my domestic shipping label with assessed weight of 8 oz ,this person increase the weight to more than 8 oz to commit fraud charging the difference between what I paid for less than 8 ounces and more than 8 ounces. Please find attached pictures showing that package weighs **** oz exactly and not 9 oz as you said. THIS PEOPLE MUST STOP COMMITTING FRAUD. This is not an isolated case, they do this continually and I am really tired of making these types of claims. I think I'm not the only person affected by this, this fraudulent activity affects large companies that send hundreds of packages. ( I have other 2 charges by $11.11 awaiting for more information from Global Post)

      I have repeatedly shipped time sensitive orders with global post and they say the orders will be delivered on time. Frequently, they are not and I get customers angry at me. When I try to reach out to global post, they seldom get back to my inquiries via their online form, and my calls to their phone number immediately disconnect. I have a customer's wedding that is tomorrow and ********************** post won't get back to me. If love to know where my package is, if it will be delivered on time, and a full refund of the cost if it won't. They have denied all responsibility before and it ends up making me look bad. I just want to be able to talk to someone and resolve the issue today.
