      I am at disable of veteran, whose husband just retired, we have a total of five children,. I called to get help with assistance with utility bills which online they say they do and I also got a text saying I qualify for help with my utility bill. However, when I call them, they asked me did I want a discount for **************** when I declined for the ****************, she hung up on me. This is truly not a company thats out to help people. I did not call for **************** a call because they said they would help with my utility bill
