3 starsMy kitchen floor still squeaky, and I was told that they would fix that when they did the floor. I have called and still have not heard from anyone. So my suggestion is don't pay before you have checked and are satisfied with everything.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand how important it is for your floors to feel just right, and were sorry to hear youre still experiencing squeaks. While we do our best to minimize floor noise during installation, we can't always guarantee that existing subfloor issues will be fully resolved. That said, were looking into this and will be checking with our installation team to see if anything further can be done within our scope of work. In some cases, addressing persistent squeaks may require the expertise of a licensed contractor to assess the subfloor structure. We appreciate your patience as we review this matter.

5 starsOur floors turned out beautiful! We are very pleased with the installation process. The workers were very professional and neat. They cleaned up and didnt leave any mess. The salesman, ********, was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with the color and type of floors would be best for us. We are very happy with the entire project.50 Floor

1 starI hired 50 floor to install vinyl flooring in 2019 and after only 2 years the flooring started separating in a few spots and now after myself and my granddaughter cutting our feet and after multiple attempts over the past 5 years and after spending almost $10,000 dollars and now the entire flooring coming up everywhere.The only thing I've been able to get out of 50 floors is we can have someone come look but we are going to charge you for that service. The only thing I have ever wanted is 50 floor to make this right. Nothing more and they refuse!!!!! I also sent pictures and they still refuse50 Floor

They were able to accommodate a last minute change I made and the final product was better than I expected, since I selected a product using only online photos and photos provided by text by the sales ***.
