      OTR Solutions pulled one of the dirtiest moves Ive ever seen in trucking. They bought ************* factoring portfolio at their own financial risk and are now trying to trap carriers like me into a relationship we NEVER agreed to.There was a contract transfer clause that REQUIRED my consent. I never signed it. I never clicked submit. I never accepted anything with ***. Yet they are behaving like Im bound to them, as if buying someone elses debts magically gives them ownership over MY ************** doesnt.Instead of honoring the fact that I have NO contract with them, OTR is deliberately holding my Letter of Release hostage, blocking brokers from paying me directly, and dragging their feet while my business loses money by the hour. This is nothing but a pressure tactic to force carriers into staying with them. They are pushing THEIR business risk onto ME , a carrier who never chose them, never signed with them, and never agreed to any of their terms.OTR chose to buy ************* portfolio. That was THEIR ******. THEIR decision. THEIR exposure. And now theyre trying to make me pay for it by refusing to release me unless I play by rules of a contract I NEVER signed.Their communication is slow, evasive, and manipulative. They hide behind excuses instead of admitting what theyre doing: trying to control carriers who never gave consent.Ive already filed complaints with the **** and state authorities. What OTR is doing is unacceptable and predatory. If you value your time, your cash flow, and your freedom to choose who you do business with, stay as far away from OTR as possible

      I had one hit me up, trying to get me to factor with them, and they tell me Ive got a lien on my company and they cant move forward until I get it removed. Said it was a big deal and that other companies are doing shady stuff behind my back. Little did i know it wasnt a lien at all it was a *** filing from a fuel card company I talked to like 2 months back. I never factored with them, just opened up a small fuel line. And a ******** a lien, and it dont stop a factoring company from working with you. They are trying to get me to cancel with the other company so they could lock me down on their fuel card and factoring.

      do not ever try to factor with this company they are scammer and you will be stuck with the contract for one year and when youtry to get the release from them to other company, they will trick you and they will not give it to you and you have to request it 90 days your contract and plus they don't answer the phones or emails
