      I filed a complaint on this company for their lack of cooperation with the Florida DMV in regards to the loan being fully satisfied. After filing this complaint, the manager did make contact with me immediately and was able to fully resolve the problem. He was very kind and apologetic and went to great lengths to resolve my problem. Do I think this would have been resolved had I not filed the complaint? No, I don’t think so but there was some confusion as to who the responsibility fell upon. They did not feel it was their responsibility to fix it but they did anyways to show good faith. I disagree about where the responsibility fell but it’s irrelevant at this point. The manager did reach out and offered to go to great lengths to resolve this and he did fully resolve the problem. I feel comfortable highly recommending anyone to do business with this company.
