Mislead me and my agent on termite inspection. We are sellers and the buyer went with these guys and he came to the house around 9pm walked downstairs for 5 mins to come back up and say there may be termites. So of course me being the owner raised eye brows and wanted to see evidence or where they were located. He walked me downstairs to point at it and said there's moisture so he's pretty sure there's termites. I gave him permission to dig into the wood to actually see if there's termites and he told me that we could avoid that and just start treatment. Of course that raised concerns and I told my agent immediately that'd I'd like a second opinion with the guys I use for pest control quarterly already. Come to find out, the guy that did the second inspection came in a dug into the window and found no sign of termites. But Beaumont wrote on the inspection that there were some without digging or providing evidence. These guys know you're under contract and think that people will just go along with it knowing you're under limited time and want to sell. I don't like liars and I don't like people trying to sell you something you don't need. Bad experience with inspector and was lazy at providing proof. If you do business be sure to get a 2nd opinion
