    My experience with Surrogacy Institute (**) was deeply troubling. There is a pattern of retaliation, discrimination, and unethical business practices that should concern anyone considering working with or for this company.Employees who leave for better opportunities or take protected leave such as maternity leave are often penalized. Employees upon returning from leave, were placed in a lower-paying role they never agreed to. There is no structured training, and the internal culture is toxic. Leadership frequently speaks negatively about employees, even during meetings when they mistakenly believe theyre muted. The company has faced multiple lawsuits related to discrimination, particularly targeting employees of color and pregnant women. Which is ironic considering the industry they are in. Rather than addressing these issues, they engage in gaslighting and manipulation.Even more alarming is how they handle surrogate screenings. Candidates who are clearly unqualified medically or emotionally are pushed through the process solely for profit. This compromises the integrity of surrogacy and the safety of everyone involved.What this company promotes publicly does not align with how they operate internally. If you are considering becoming a surrogate, intended parent, or employee, I urge you to do thorough research and proceed with EXTREME caution.
