I placed a delivery order on the dominos app. The total was *****. The app chose the location based on my address. II placed the order on 10/08/23 at 17:04 to the dominos pizza at *********************************************. I called to inquire about my order at 17:58. I was hung up on twice by ******, a manager of this dominos pizza. According the app tracker the order was in quality check status at 17:24, which is after bake. I called the store and was placed on hold, during my hold, I received a call from ****** at 18:01 asking if I could come pick up the order. I asked ****** to refund the delivery fee and the tip. She said in a very rude manner I will refund the purchase and cancel the order, thank you.! Then promptly hung up before I could reply. So she switched back to the initial call, Im assuming that ****** did not realize this call on hold was me. I told ****** that she just hung up on me. She asked me to hold and then hung up on me again. I am still waiting to see if I receive the credit back on my debit card. This was our first and last attempt to have delivery service and our experience was less than satisfactory. We are writing to assist anyone in the future from having the same incident from happening to another customer. I will also be writing a review on the platform to share our experience with this unfortunate matter.*************************
