    i purchased a bicycle from this company for around $150.00.including the extended warranty.
    the tires will not remain inflated and there is something wrong with the brakes. i've contacted dynacraft on many occasions and they have not been helpful about repair or replacement. i'd like a refund or replacement.

    Hello! Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Ms. ******* complaint.  As she has outlined in her complaint, we asked for a video to verify her issues, but have not yet heard back from her. Our *** called Ms. ***** today, and left a message.  Once we receive this video we will be able to take the appropriate next steps to resolve her concern.

    Hello! 

    I have reviewed this matter personally, and want to apologize for the handing of this claim.  I see that Ms. ***** has been communicating with us for months. This case was recently escalated to our Customer Service Manager, who has left several messages for Ms. ***** in an effort to bring this matter to resolution.

    Although Ms. ***** purchased an Extended Warranty, this extended warranty is offered through the retailer, and not us. We are not involved in the extended warranty program. However, the product may be under our original warranty. In order to confirm this we asked for a copy of the receipt, the production date or serial number of the unit.  Ms. ***** advised that she did not have the receipt, but she did provide the UPC code. Unfortunately, this different from the model and serial number and doesn't help us to determine if the item is under warranty. The production date is located on the white model number sticker on the down tube near the crank. The serial number production date is stamped in the underside of the crank and is an alphanumeric configuration.  

    As I mentioned, our Customer Service Manager has left several voice mail messages and emailed Ms. ***** again on Friday. We would like to make this right, but are not sure how to get a hold of Ms. *****, other than email.  Our company name, Dynacraft, appears when we call, so perhaps she can pick up the line when we call.  Or if you have any other suggestions, please advise.

    I have previously contacted Dynacraft regarding this ******** paw patrol right on fire truck not working. It will not charge. They sent me a replacement battery which I replaced. It still will not charge. Now they are trying to send me a steering wheel. I have expressed to them that I am not going to keep replacing parts on this thing. I do not know how to take it apart and I do not feel comfortable doing so there has to be another solution.

    I purchased a ride on Gator for my grandson which was almost 500.00, we've had it over a year. he only rides it when he come which is maybe5 to 6times a year. the car stop working. I reached out to the company. they want prof of purchase. who keeps receipts and I SURE COULDN'T HAVE STOLE IT OUT OF WALMART! I have reached out to them and really gotten no help. I have ordered a new battery, control box and charger and still this thing want run. I sent pictures but they act as if they haven' t gotten them.

    I am rejecting this response because: I did send pictures I made calls today I received something from them and I sent the pictures to a number they email me from************ they did give me some trouble shooting tips which we have tried. I even ordered a new charger. I have have the battery checked and it's good. the lights come on but it want move. so at this point I am not happy.

    Hello! We have received the photos from *** ******, and have determined that her unit is out of warranty. We spoke with *** ****** re the parts that she needs, placed and order and sent her a link so she can submit payment for those parts. As of today the amount due is still pending.  We cannot ship the order without payment.

    I've contacted dynacraft on multiple occasions including through their online automated chat, submitting pictures through a web form, and multiple emails. I've not gotten any response back acknowledging the issue which makes the bicycle purchase from them unusable. I've asked multiple times for follow up and I've gotten no response. They're online chat claims connected to an agent, but it is false and is completely automated. Instead. I would like a replacement part for bicycle covered under warranty when I contacted them. Their customer service phone number is also completely worthless and directs you to their automated chat and their emails which have not been responded to.
