1 starI just read the review by Lane K. I got the same runaround. From poor quality pictures I sent them they told me the same thing. That my hearing aid had been exposed to high humidity and the contacts were corroded. I know enough about electronics to know this is total BS. The hearing aid quit after 4 months and the whole time my area was under a severe drought. I threatened them with a bad review and they had me send them to them for repair. They returned them saying they had repaired the non functioning hearing aid. They didn't, it was just as broke as it was. I once again contacted them, saying I would give an honest but negative review on ********. They asked me to again return them and they would repair at their expense. That's been three weeks ago, I have tracking info to prove they received them. And now they won't respond to Customer Support emails. A big red flag is when you send an email to Customer Support they say due to the large volume of requests it will take them 48 hours to respond. Obviously this is a scamming fly by night bunch of crooks.Review fromLane K

1 starThey worked great, until one of them stopped working. After multiple attempts to get it replaced well before warranty expired, Lumi Ear came up with a bogus reason not to send replacement.Don't buy from this rip off company. They are crooked and could care less about their customers and their defective products.LumiEar

Upon receiving the photos, we discovered the units were corroded. 1 starI am trying to get a refund for hearing aids. The LumiEar.com has no phone number or customer service. It's like a ghost company, not really there, just a place to send your money. The ad states all orders are 100% refundable with your 30 day trial period. I have sent five emails and no answer, just air. The company advertises on ********* Beware of fake ad. 1 starDO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT BUY these hearing aids. I order about 14 months ago. The hearing aids worked fine for two months, then charging station quit working. Order new charging station and it did not work either. I returned everything and was given a discount on new hearing aids. Received the new aids 6 weeks ago and the hearing aids will not charge. I followed every instrucion given and nothing works. Please, please don't waste your money.LumiEar

Hi *****************. Thank you for your comment, I have reviewed your emails and your account and have found the reason for your original order to not have been in working condition when it was received by us. They were not taken care of very well (we would attach photos below if we could) underneath each hearing aid the prongs for charging were corroded with rust this can happen when the units are not properly wiped down after each wear when being placed back into the charger and this can cause a build up. We also noticed scratch marks on both units along with both wires bent and full of wax. When your replacements were sent we sent instructions to prevent this from happening again. We do apologize to hear this has happened again, we haven't received any communication about the issue from you. If you would like to send it in to us please do contact us so we can better assist you
