    I filed my taxes with one of their representatives Mr. Washington. Upon filing my taxes a previous year there was a delay on receiving my taxes. So as a result for this year I received my taxes he took the fees out for 2020, 2021 and 2022. So once my 2021 came fees was taking again that he was already paid for. I spoke Mr. Washington on 6/7/2023 about what took place he told me he would get back with me once he located the money. The money was located and he stated to me that it would be deposited into my account by 6/9/2023. Monday morning I reached back out to him and he stated once again that it would be today or tomorrow and that the bank was moving money to be deposit. So a whole week later still no deposit. Now Mr. Washington is not answering my calls or responding back to my text messages. I tried contacting the company Magnolia Tax Service LLC and left a message and they have yet to responded either. And top to it off this company uses a google number for the business. I really wanted to rate no stars but the option it’s there for it.
