    I gave 1600 down on a truck with a promise too pay 400 more ,, one week later , they called telling me I owed 900 and I said no 400 , nine days after getting my truck they towed my truck and refused too give me my down payment,I told them the truck had no headlights, the seat wouldn't move forward and Windows had electric problem and check engine light was on , they said bring them nine hundred I repeated that I was told 2000 down 450 a month , they said no it was 2500 down that I had a 900 deferred payment,that is not what I agreed too, I gave them 1600 and had nothing but problems the first week ,when I mentioned problems they immediately came and got truck and refused too talk too me or give me my money back , the papers I signed says what we had agreed these documents don't have my signature or that I gave them 1600 down , after only nine days I have no way too go ,or money too put towards a car because they kept it and laughed saying I wasn't getting anything back I'm a single mother of child with autism I have too have a way too go too Dr and his therapy, they have left me in a bad situation,I feel robbed after telling them about three recalls on truck and electriical problem they insisted I owed 900 even tho I didn't sign too that , they towed truck and refused too work with me even though I explained the secretary agreed too 2000 down they said no I was lieing look at my papers in envelopes but they are not the ones with my signature or the right price we agreed on , I should not be stranded nine days after paying 1600 down on a vehicle or without my money too get me another one,I'm missing work and my son's appointments

         MRS. ****** SIGNED A PICK UP NOTE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM  WHEN SHE PAID 1600.00 DOWN AND FAILED TO MAKE HER PICKUP NOTE PAYMENT.  WHEN THE PICKUP NOTE WAS NOT PAID 03/14/2025 IT GIVES US THE RIGHT TO REPO THE VEHICLE.  WE ALSO OFFERED TO LOOK AT ANY ISSUES SHE HAD WITH THE VEHICLE DURING THIS TIME FRAME EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD SIGNED AN AS IS NO WARRANTY PAPER.
