  Worse experience ever. The commutation was off. My contract was ended before even telling me why. I would not recommend. It was truly a headache. Definitely do not use. The closing dates were changed multiple times. It was hard to get in contact with people through phone or email.

  This company is ASTONISHING! We were so happy to buy our first home and we're fine with it not having all the bells and whistles. The FIRST day we moved in we started having issues. Our power went out because of faulty wiring the first night. Then after a storm our meter went bad so we were out of power again. Our back pad and foundation was constantly wet so we made a warranty claim and it took a month for it to be addressed. They had put a nail through a pipe while putting on the siding. They tried to fix it real quick before we could notice the **** growing in our walls. Their houses are affordable because they do not care about building them right. We've only lived in our Century Complete home for 3 months and there's no telling what else will go wrong.

  I bought my house July of 2022. The same month I was getting married and they said it would be finished after September. They rushed the house to make numbers. My ac/heating has never been good. It was hot when I bought it in my master bedroom. Then got up to 10 degrees colder in the winter. All they tell my wife and I is if the system is working then they got nothing to do. Yet when the temp drops is at night and of course they dont work at night so that cant be proven is what they say. Even if I got a thermometer. Even if Im willing to by a thermometer that the a/c guys have. So Im stuck with over a half a million dollar house that the temp in the Master bedroom doesnt coincide with the thermostat. Now if I try to sell I would feel bad selling and not telling ppl that the master bedroom temp isnt going to be great. Its been on going since December of 2022 easily and its March and the prob hasnt been resolved. I had this issue since July but thought they would fix it. And turned on the fan and couldnt sleep. The house being built look great when they take their time. When its rushed nothing is good.I used to work in construction. I seen when stuff gets rushed and when stuff is worked on and taking its time. Dont buy theses houses. Save yourself the headaches and money invested.

  Still waiting for repairs since May 2022. Very poor construction! No communication between repair companies. Always waiting for repairmen from appointments made and many no show. Poor quality insulation, doors not properly installed, cracking foundation. Tired of repeating myself to repair companies. Contacted CEO of company, but problems still not resolved. Been working with top builders nationally for over 40 years and this has been unacceptable. Neighbors also having serious problems ************ to the point of having to vacate home. Yes, did a walk thru, supervisor is given 1/2 hour!!!! I would have need 3-4 hours to check out this home. Should have never closed til work was inspected and completed. Builder should allow a building inspection before closing but does not allow one per contract. Very sad.

  Zero stars if I could. I have experienced nothing but headaches, frustration and stress from my new home purchase. I moved into my home in ******** with no sod, no window screens, no irrigation as promised, broken doors, cracked concrete, dead landscaping in front, garbage all over my back patio and side of my house, construction rocks and debris still laying around, crooked tiles, uneven walls and an island that looks like the person had only one eye open when constructing, cabinets had holes and dents and scratches, countertops chipped, bathtub upstairs totally scratched up, a broken mirror, broken tiles in my shower, completely uneven tile floors with edges of tiles sticking up, concrete chunks under master carpet, garbage under upstairs carpet, cracked concrete foundation and my floors had to be ripped up which I am still waiting for a repair for 2 months now, doors dont close properly, gutters were not installed properly and missing parts and screws, flooding in my backyard, two different colored concretes on my driveway, concrete splatters all over the brick and garage, stairs were stained two different colors and was all dented up, disposal didnt work and wasn't hooked up properly, the LIST GOES ON AND ON. I have begged to get repairs scheduled and put it in writing and emails and nothing gets done. I took days off work only to have no shows or guys say they can't do anything until someone else comes to repair something. THen when Im at work, people just show up without a phone call and never to be heard from again. I had everything in writing that it would be complete 45 days after moving in and it hasnt been done.
